Halfords - Suffolk Retail Park (Ipswich)

Excellent service, 40 minutes waiting for the works, but that’s on me because I turned up unannounced, popped over the range for a coffee. On returning the chap had his toolbox beside my car ready to start. New battery and improved headlights bulbs fitted within 15 minutes.

I came into halfords to get a new number plate fitted and wind screen wiper, as well as checking my tyres. I had brilliant service from James who helped me each step of the way with giving my car a full health check and finding me the best deals for some new tyres which needed replacing! He had brilliant customer service from start to finish and i had a laugh too whilst going through the progress. Thank you James!

Got some excellent advice whilst trying to find a tool to undo a seized oil filter. The tool didn't work but the advice was invaluable and helped solve my issue. Halford's may not be the cheapest but the customer service here was first rate.

I had a great experience with Halfords in Ipswich. The staff were all very friendly and pleasant. Yasin changed my headlights. He is quite capable and efficient. Will definitely visit Halfords for future motoring needs.

Ordered my parts online, confirmed that they had the products in stock, received an email within 30 minutes to say that they are available for collection. What a great service.

Phil filled with energy greeted us as we entered the door, Hannah was ever so efficient to assist us with our purchase, Zak cheerfully fitted both the brake light bulbs in less than 5 minutes and Phil facilitated the payment with friendliness and was fast.
