Had our roof completed today by tez and his team ,complete new roof , we are so pleased with the work these lads have done , nothing was to much trouble, such a hard working team , proper grafters ! I used BRS to retile my existing roof and tile my new extension roof. I am in the building/property industry myself so wanted someone who would work to a high standard. I got quotes from four different companies and BRS were not the cheapest, however Terry was professional and seemed knowledgeable, he was also recommended by a few other tradespeople that I know. They turned up on time and did the job to a high standard, a couple of minor issues were addressed promptly and without quibble. I have no hesitation in recommending BRS, plus his drone photos are very cool 😎

Terry did everything he said he would, he turned up to review the job and booked the job in exactly when he said he would. The team started yesterday on the flat-roof, at 7.30am and worked continuously, I've never seen anything like it, they finished this morning and it looks great. They cleaned up everything, in fact it looked better than it did when they started and they were all super polite and easy to work with.

We'd contacted a lot of roofers before we got Best Roofing on board and dismissed most of them because they didn't list specifics in their quote and didn't give a 10 year guarantee, like Terry does. We can't afford to make mistakes so we were more than happy to engage a company that's Limited too, we know we have come-back and not just a mobile number.

Very professional service from quoting to installation. Kept me informed of delays(due to bad weather) and turned up bang on time. Friendly and professional team and did a great job of stripping and tiling one roof whilst also installing a large flat roof on my workshop. All done exactly to time and very satisfied. Great work by this company installing a dry ridge system. Really pleased with everything.

Guys were Absolutely superb site was left spotless every night and when finished it was left completely spotless. Would reccomend to anyone. If they want to check the work more than welcome to check out my roof.

Excellent service all around, I had a new roof installed with the chimney knocked down to the attic floor.

All through out, Terry kept me up to date on what was happening, was very easy to talk to and helped me decide on what tiles to have.

The team was very punctual, arrived on time and completed the job very quickly. Everyone on site was very polite and cracked on with the job and all i can say is; what a job they did.

Thank you Terry and your team ! My kitchen ceiling was leaking and the water was coming through a light fitting. Best Roofing Service visited me within an hour and looked at the job. The quote was very reasonable.
A couple of days later and Terry came with his workmen, all the equipment he needed was on his van and they completed the job. NO MESS, NO HASSLE. Fabulous service and very cheap for the amount of repairs needed. I felt very much at ease the whole time they were here. very professional workmen nice people and good prices !

I never ever write reviews normally , but I this occasion I feel I must , I’ve had my roof replaced and all guttering and velux windows put in, I would like to say an amazing and heart felt thankyou to the team at brs, the quality of work , the price , and the shear pleasure of having these guys working for me. I cannot recommend them highly enough absolute perfect job, thankyou so so much guys , I would always recommend such an amazing company, ( how companies used to be ) friendly , honest and trustworthy, and their quality of work was 2nd to none , anyone reading this , if you need a new roof , guttering , etc , always go to these guys , there bloody amazing group of guys , some of them even sing as there working lol , thankyou once again guys

A quick response to my initial enquiry and a realistic quote for the work. As it was a smaller job the work was then completed within 2 weeks. Very pleased and will definitely use this company again.

Contacted Terry from best roofing services, with regards to an emergency leak on my extension. From the first phone call he put me straight at ease as he was so understanding and professional. Sure enough Terry and his team fixed my roof to a very high standard and in a timely manner, and I have not had a problem since. I would definitely highly recommend.

Chimney repairs and improvements.
Had excellent service from start to finish. Really quick replies for queries and quotes. Didn't have to wait long for the work to be done. All work was completed on time and at a very good standard. Would definitely recommend BRS.

We had a full re-roof carried out by Terry & the BRS team. From the intial message we sent to quoting and the work being carried out Terry was very responsive.

He gave us a few options to consider, no pressure on whatever option we chose and he kept us updated on things like delivery dates for tiles, scaffolding etc.

BRS have recently repaired my ridge tiles that were damaged in a recent storm. I called Terry for a quote, he came on the Monday, flew a drone over my roof to assess the damage, he then quoted a very reasonable fee, text me next day to say scaffold was going up on Wednesday, he and his colleague came on Friday and done a very good job, very neat and efficient and tidy. I had other quotes which were double what Terry charged. Highly recommend BRS and would use again, Great job-good price and nice friendly lads.
