James was completely professional and informative whilst installing a new boiler at my property. New consumer unit, heated towel rail, down heater, extractor fan, switches and sockets all replaced by Ben who carried out the works professionally and without delay. Booed ALS for various tasks after moving into a new house. Quote was completed quickly and reflected the actual costs, all work completed to a high standard and even a couple of minor extras thrown in for the price. Fitted two very tricky light fittings exactly as requested and with great care to avoid damage. Would definitely recommend

We had the ALS team in to replace our very outdated back boiler with a new all-electric heating system. The service we received was phenomenal. James, Richard and Kev were so professional and considerate. We were both working from home and had video calls throughout the day, but they were so flexible and worked around our schedule to ensure the least amount of disruption. To top it off we now have the best water pressure we’ve ever had in any house or flat we’ve lived in. As we continue to renovate our new home, we’ll be sure to get them back again to help us on other projects! Cannot recommend them enough!

From major crisis to relief and happiness in less than an hour thanks to James & ALS. On a Sunday evening. My ground circuit packed up, oh no. No telly, no fridge, cooker, microwave. Laptop battery will run out, can't charge my phone, no, I can't leave it till Monday am. Phoned ALS, within minutes James calls back to say he's coming. All sorted in under 10 minutes.
