Waitrose is an outstanding supermarket. It’s always a pleasure. Theirclick and collect service is just as good.

Relatively spacious layout. Surprisingly wide range of goods for a medium sized Waitrose store. Good modern self service checkout very easy to use.

Extreme staff. Made shopping v.pleasant and easier. Place was clean.food mouth watering, to much for me to shop all at once, plenty of extras like picnic sets,candles cutlery,and the likes. No public convenience, wheelchair accessible and large car park.

Best baked beans 4 for £1.90!

Really wonderful staff at Raynes Park. However, since Waitrose has decided to abandon the 'free' newspaper l shall not be so loyal to this supermarket. I spend a great deal of money here and the newspaper incentive is very important. Not the best customer relations for Waitrose, l shall shop around now.

I love the space between the aisles. The shelves were full and prices clearly displayed. Such delicious fruits. A good place to shop. 🙂

I ordered some clothes from John lewis. Really easy pick up from store. Next day delivery. As in store brought some food.

Helpful and friendly staff. The other night I had to return the champagne glasses we got from the store on a FREE LOAN and I had got the store closing time wrong. Despite being 20 mins late, one store member let me in and another one checked the glasses back in , and despite having to start up the now-closed terminal and it forcing him to change his password he was helpful and professional. They could have turned me away but they didnt, so thanks to you all. Also have been shopping here in the run-up to Christmas , and I saw checkout and store staff being helpful , even when customers were not at their best!

Easy parking access for the area. A mid sized store that offers a large range of products. They also have a reduced to clear section on the fridge aisle, which is a good way to pick out expensive quality items for cheap. It is never too busy and the large majority of the staff are very friendly and willing to help. The only downside is their small range of to-go foods such as sandwiches situated only in a small fridge at the front of the store. Apart from that a good experience every time.

Head and shoulders above other supermarkets. A lovely member of staff went out of her way to successfully find, in their storage area at the back, what I was looking for. You can see why it's always a pleasure to shop at a Waitrose.

Well stocked, efficient self service.

Amazing supermarket. As I work in NHS they let me in without having to join the long queue, although I couldn’t make it within the protected first hour for NHS workers. They have saved few things in their store specifically for NHS workers. Seeing me standing in a long queue, one of their staff escorted me to the front desk for immediate check out. Felt really good; at last the nation is giving some recognition to the health care workers.

I like this shop so much that during lockdown all I could think of was taking the bus to Raynes Park and doing a shop. On my way I pass many if not all the other supermarkets but I stay on the bus all the way to Waitrose and my
shopping dream is complete!

Pleasant friendly service at both the basket checkout and in the cafe by young staff, something that's been missing at this branch for several years. After today's experience, I may return to shopping here more frequently.

Nice store, pleasant helpful staff, generally always get what I go in for but they've just had a refit & first time in can't find what I want but staff very helpful, no cafe now, all bread etc products down where the cafe used to be including jams, spreads & baking products

Huge Waitrose with good deals and lots of options. I was rushing for something for my Grandmothers 95th birthday on Tuesday and the manager Ellie was beyond helpful and a total credit to the team!

Excellent place to shop. It's a good location too. We have driven passed several times, and realised that we need a few bits, only to double back and pop in!

Safety first during this unreal time. Proper queue (2m apart), limited people allowed in store (50) and some patience needed. But thanks for being there for your local patrons!

The baguettes are delicious. The chicken, mayo and avo is fresh and filling, and the tomato, basil pesto and mozarella fresh and tasty with big flavours. It's been my lunch 3 days this week so far 👍🏻
