Iceland Supermarket Worcester Park

Medium size super market all the usual very clean, Stocked like any other Iceland Supermarket in its chain you can also buy spirits and beer also cleaning materials and tinned foods as well, the many times I have been in this shop and the checkouts always seem 😀 well maned and if the ques suddenly become large at the tills someone jumps on a till until the que go's down, staff always helpful and polite 😀.

Contrary to one review I find ALL the staff polite and helpful. Good choice for a fairly small shop and keen prices. Watch for thieving. One guy walked out with a massive loose trolley full of shopping. It affects all of us as prices go up.

Completely refurbished in March 2017. Foods are well displayed in glass cabinets, many with sloping windows.

A great online experience. Account was very easy to set up. I was able to get everything I needed with exception to one item. Next day delivery slots were unavailable as promised but none the less, delivery was prompt.
Goods were well bagged and the driver was very courteous. He kept in line with social distancing rules by leaving the groceries outside my door then knocking.
Definitely be shopping here again. Thank you for your service.

Some great value products are to be found here. Just shop wisely by comparing prices, Iceland usually comes out best.
It is a great place to dodge some of the price increases elsewhere, especially if you're over 65 because Iceland truly supports us by giving us 10% discount across the board on Tuesdays.

I don't have a photo to share. Sorry. However; I would like to report that, I have NEVER entered into this shop without ever having receiving a smile. Super friendly staff. Super clean. A pleasure to visit & purchase some frozen & fresh goods in Worcester Park. Tip Top. 10/10

There is a young man that works here. So friendly helpful and polite. He always smiling and says hi. (Need to get hold of his name, bosses should praise him)
Mum and I go here very Friday evening.

This is a small but well stocked store. Besides frozen party and day today food, they stock bakery and fresh fruits and vegetables too. Iceland's own tiger bread bloomer is really nice. Vegetables are of good quality and fairly priced. It has snacks and confectionery aisles too. Water, alcohol and other beverages, fresh milk, juices, cream, yogurts and a variety of trifles is available. Parking is behind the store, free for two hours. Staff is good. Queues are normally longer, especially during peak times but staff manages it well.

Most people would give a 4 or 3 as sometimes you'll be waiting in the que for what feels like forever, not me 5 stars all round...once you learn to have patience and realise that sometimes in life you are gonna have to wait a while everything becomes okay...staff are always friendly and willing to help...be patient if you do have to wait...not always but sometimes...retail staff are doing the best that can...(I'm one of them so know)

Ordered online for the first time. It was really easy and delivered the next day. All in bags, which was easy to bring inside.

Had to use this due to kitchen being refitted, excellent help from staff, very friendly, advising me which machine to use and ensuring I had dryers when washing had finished as people come just to use dryers.

My mum and I come here every week on a Friday. There is a worker here. That is always so polite, friendly and helpful.
When we walk in and he sees us he asked us how we are and always there to help. I've found out last night his name. Shafiq (Hope I spelt his name right) Iceland bosses should be proud of him, his work and always we love coming into the store. Also he always so polite to other customers and helpful.

Staff are friendly and helpful at this store. Only thing is I wish the store was bigger so could get round easier.

Iceland is a food shop it's cheap and food is tasty they deliver 4 free they also have a car park u can pick your own food they do frozen food to tin s also meat fresh food to toiletry s and more staff r helpful also u have a bonse card u get points which u can use at Christmas or throw the year love this place 4 cheap shopping
