The staff at the fishmonger area was so friendly and helpful with great tips on the best day to come for the freshest seafood! The staff at the self checkout area was also very helpful. Great shopping experience!

Love going here, staff are always so helpful and not shy to advise which it her branches may cayy what you are craving or need.

Easy to park here & shop for quick top ups as well as a main shop.

Always a good selection of fresh food, as well as general products including basic shopping items. Cheerful and helpful staff too.

What a lovely shopping experience yesterday, thanks to Sharon. She was friendly and attentive and so kind to my Mum on her 80th birthday, made her day! So refreshing to be in a store with great staff that make an effort. Well done!

A nicely laid out larger store, with a wide range of food and household goods. Aisles are well spaced out, staff always helpful and of course Waitrose own food is always excellent.

Great shop - relaxing to walk around. Never had huge queues. Noticed a fab range of special offers recently. Always good quality and well stocked. Very friendly staff.

Today was my first visit for 2 months to Worcester Park. Everything was still working towards keeping everyone safe. Nice to see. Only problem was a lot of stock was in very short supply or in some cases, not available. Staff still very friendly.

Free parking up to 2 hours. Toilets. Fresh, quality produce. Not too busy Tuesday afternoons. I wore a 😷 mask as do many customers. Shop even smells very clean. Everyone polite and thoughtful about distancing.

One of my favourite stores! Partners are always so friendly, good selection of fresh fruit and veg, meats, fish, poultry, pantry food, drinks and non food essentials. Ample parking which is free for the first 2 hours with a ticket from then machine. I often get my John Lewis click and collect from here as well whilst doing my shopping which is very handy!

It's a proper supermarket, complete with an excellent delicatessen counter (unlike most of the other top brands).

Some things are pricey but look more closely and you'll allso find better value for many products than in the cheaper stores.

All in all, it's a super store that treats its staff/partners well, and it shows!

Very good service today from the fish counter. Unfortunately, I didn't have a Waitrose card, so I didn't get the discount.

Excellent free parking and plenty of bays. Always appreciated. And true to Waitrose standards the store is tidy, got a good mix of products (although I miss a proper World Food Section / Selection) with billing sorted in good speed. PS: Bring your own bags. As with all superstores, it's 5p or 10p for bags here.

Staff were very friendly. Store was limited with shoppers. Queues were longer than other superstores but well managed. Social distancing and rules displayed and followed by all. Car park fees have been stopped at the moment but will resume soon. Plenty of stock.

Consistently high quality service, cheerful & helpful cashiers, good range of products and regular deals.
Ample free parking although a ticket is required, toilets and free cup of coffee or tea with a Waitrose card

Very well organised with good variety of products. Big parking outside with free the first two hours. Definitely a good store with quality and attention to detail, my favourite super marlin the area, most definitely recommend 👍
