Curves Bridgwater

Curves is a brilliant facility! It is really easy to fit in with my busy schedule and has worked far better than any regular gym I have ever been to. The atmosphere is really friendly and relaxing and the coaches are very encouraging. One great thing I found is that the machines are tailored especially for the needs of women, being a ladies only gym, and as you workout through circuit training it's easy to get a full workout in only half an hour. Unlike many other gyms, it only requires half an hour, three times a week which I can easily fit in in a lunch break for example. It also has fitness technology which keeps me on the right track and is personal to me, pushing me to the best of my own abilities to get a thorough workout. Curves has completely changed me and introduced me to a healthier lifestyle. Also signing up to Curves Complete has added a diet which is easy to follow and very effective. Honestly, it has changed me and I would definitely recommend it to everyone. I have never received such excellent results with any other gym. It really is amazing!
