Hotel Ibis Bridgwater

I stayed for 3 nights, with a few friends and have to say what an amazing experience. The staff were welcoming, warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were perfect and the location made it so easy to travel to various places. Breakfast was good and there was plenty. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

Excellent stay.
I am very mich a clean person and when I visit a place that professes to be clean throughout, that's what I expect. I can throughly say this was excellent. Very clean indeed and staff polite and friendly. Yes I would stay there again.
Love the shower very wide and you don't bang your elbows or knees😊 very clean throughout the room.
Parking is £9 per night and there is plenty of parking spaces.
Checking in and out was smooth.
And if you fancy fish and chips like I did that evening on your way out or coming back into the hotel they have a fantastic chip shop called Smart Fish Bar next door to Tesco Express. Food is fabulous. The shop is less that 5mins drive down the road literally. The food is very tasty and chips done lovely and hot and freshly made.
All in all will definitely book this hotel again for staying over night. Thank you to the staff at Ibis 😊 sorry realised I should have taken more pictures of the room and hotel

It was our 40th wedding anniversary I wanted our 5 adult children to stay to celebrate with us. Staff were amazing and so helpful nothing was too much trouble. Food was lovely we all enjoyed our stay. We will be back, would definitely recommend it to our friends.

Staff were just brilliant..especially the South African girl who checked me in...really a credit to your company..

Lovely hotel and staff, the restaurant had great food and a good level of music and chatting going on so had a nice feel to the place, would definitely recommend for people to stay here if they are ever looking for a room in the area. The place is also very clean and the staff at attentive and very helpful.

We have stopped here once before and have once again enjoyed a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean with a quirky room design, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful even double checking certain items were Gluten Free for my cooked breakfast which was very reassuring as being celiac I have to be extra careful. Thanks so much for a lovely stay! 😊

Location was a little out of town, but what do you expect for £50 a night!

I went for a valentines day dinner. The staff were welcoming, warm and friendly. The live mushic was a real success and the romantic atmosphere. We will definetely go again!

This the closest you can be in for stay if you are visiting the nuclear site. Hotel is great lots of parking suggest you book in advance though. It has its own restaurant with good selection of dishes.

They're doing their best to accommodate our needs since we moved to using this hotel from another in town. Not our first choice due to location, but needs must due to the Holiday Inn being filled with rubber boat people.

Food is ok, but quite a limited menu, you'll need to travel by car to other restaurants or for anything else as it's on a trading estate.

I have stayed multiple times at the IBIS in Bridgewater and always had a great stay. I sprained my ankle playing tennis on my stay last week and the entire team were so supportive and helpful whilst i was injured. Big shout out to Adrian, Colleen, Nana and one of the other team member who i forgot to ask her name!

Used this hotel as a stop over before using Bristol airport, and would use it again. Great service and food

I have stayed here on several occasions and don’t have a negative thing to say. Location is brilliant, it’s just off of the M5 J23 making it a perfect stop off on any trip. The rooms are the new ibis eco-industrial style, which is so cosy and modern.

I love how comfortable the beds are, could stay there all day 😂. My favourite thing was definitely the showers, they are so luxurious. The rooms have been spotless every time I have stayed and staff have always been lovely. They are so helpful and welcoming, always willing to help which is great.

The restaurant serves so many different dishes that you’re spoilt for choice! Especially with their fish Fridays and new curry nights. I’m always so full after a meal there, the service is excellent as well.

The surrounding area is so quiet despite it being a minute from the motorway and 10 minutes in the car from the town centre. There’s always something to do here with chrome cast in the rooms so I can watch something at night. The staff are lovely, the hotel is so welcoming and I cannot fault a single thing. It’s an amazing hotel, and for such a good price too!

After several cancellations over the lock down to celebrate our wedding anniversary, we booked in for a lovely meal. The staff were lovely from the welcoming reception to the great hospitality from the bar staff. After the chef finding out it was our anniversary and my birthday, we were surprised with this to go alongside our desserts. Definitely recommend as the staff seem to go above and beyond ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stayed on the whilst visiting friends in the area. Room was exactly what I needed, comfortable bed and great power shower, and nice and clean. Parking was charged at £9 per night, although I didn’t realise on booking, it is expected of most hotels nowadays. Staff really friendly and Fish and Chips was so good. Will return when next visiting my friends.

Location was ideal for work and just of the M5. Busy check in, and the team were welcoming. I found the bedrooms nice a cosy. Room service was fast and great to see some vegan and veggie options on the menu. Be happy to stay again.

Very clean, Charlotte and Tash were amazingly helpful and caring. Hot clean shower, massive TV, tea and coffee, heaps of towels, hairdryer! And NO spiders.

Clean and cosy room, tasty food, but the key ingredient that makes the difference is the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful, especially Nikki from reception 😉 and Jane from the bar (and her beautiful smile 😍). They made me feel very welcome, and as I stayed here for a month I can say that it really felt like my second home.
