An excellent experience. I ordered a futon last Sunday from Comfy Living. I received a courtesy call in person on Monday to confirm. A message on Tuesday told me it would be delivered Thursday, Friday or Saturday. Another call on Thursday to say it would arrive that day. Then the delivery company texted with live courier maps and futon delivered by a very good driver. Faultless from start to finish. To paraphrase one of the unhappys below “If I could leave 10 stars I would””.

we ordered some garden furniture from the Range it arrived on the day said it would, unfortunately the glass for the table was smashed, we rung The Range and were told it was nothing to do them as it come straight from Comfy Living. as it was late on Friday night Comfy Living was closed so i had to wait until Monday to contact them, over the weekend i started reading the reviews about Comfy Living and started worrying that there may a load of hassle ahead. I rang on the Monday and spoke to a lovely lady called Lisa i told her about the damaged glass, Lisa not to worry they would send a replacement and it would be with me on Thursday which it was, Lisa advised to put the rest of the furniture together to make sure there was no other damage which there wasn't we now have a complete lovely garden furniture set. Its not what it's like on the photo this luxury (if you can call it that really!) Futon mattress is just not comfortable at all definitely won't be recommending this to anyone do not buy from these! the reviews speak for Themselves These are operating from the range B&Q and more how these get past quality checking is beyond me.

I’d give 0 * if I could. I got an email the day after ordering my new sofa with delivery dates either 5th or 12th of February but no later. I was told in this email it would be an extra £75 on top of the £40 for delivery of the sofa. I organised my livingroom and binned my old Sofa’s in preparation for the new one coming. We are now on the 14th February and I have emailed and called them several times asking what is going on and had no answer. I still do not have my sofa. I have no way of getting a refund except from my bank and even that can run the risk of my bank being cancelled as it’s such a large purchase. So do not buy anything from these Scammers. You’ll end up with no sofa at all and down hundreds of pounds.

Well I didn't realise the range out sourced to these guys until after my purchase!!!! ABSOLUTLEY TERRIBLE avoid avoid avoid with a barge pole. I would have never brought if I saw the reviews and knew it wasn't directly comming from the range. So I brought a bed and had a confirmation the day before to say my bed would be delivered the next day so I got ready for my delivery and chucked my old bed out to make space to put my new one up. We'll it never turned up no one notified me of this and I spent the rest of my week chasing my order I explained I'm pregnant due to give birth and sleeping on the sofa, I told them I no longer wanted the item since it was so stressful and was told I could have a refund after two weeks. They had backed me in to a corner and now i have no choice but to wait to see if the item will actually be delivered on Thursday. I escalated the situation to a complaint and was told exactly the same thing by whoever it was that called me, no compensation offered for the waste of my time, no voucher offered for next purchase (not that I would ever buy off them again) but the offer would have been nice. They didn't try to implement not one lf the steps set out by uk complaints standards 2015 the service was truly appalling and I have notified the ombudsman as this is insane and by the looks of things they are ripping people off left right and center.

If I could put 0 stars I would, I am getting in contact with them tomorrow to tell them to take this bed back as the quality of the bed is AWFUL and they didn’t even include all of the parts for the bed. This isn’t worth the money one bit! Avoid at all costs!

It isn’t what is says at all and it looks nothing like the pictures. I am so upset and disappointed!

Endless problems with Comfy Living , including deliberately misleading with delivery dates on more than one occasion. Russel Leonard who works for Comfy Living repeatedly blamed XPD Couriers for their failure to deliver the sofa. After 10 days , multiple false delivery dates & times , sofa still not delivered and I was forced to cancel my order, still waiting for a refund. Do not purchase anything from Comfy Living. I have since gone through many of the countless negative reviews on multiple platforms and referred this company to Trading Standards and asked them to look into the possibility of fraud and / or deception. This company is aware they cannot and do not deliver as promised but are taking customers money.

If i could give this company NO STARS , I would !!
Nothing but problems from the start !
DO NOT Order a bed from this TERRIBLE company!
Ordered a Hydraulic Lift up Storage Double Bed, recieved a king size , Bed broke within 1 month of using , the metal frame is so weak, it probably would have been stronger being made using mcdonalds straws! You cannot lift the bed up to access your storage.
Once again 18 months down the line , the same thing has happened and the company do not want to know. They wont even put me in contact with the supplier so i can get a new part myself.
Terrible quality of goods and useless customer service !
Just wish i had checked the reviews before I made my purchase.
Never again !!

I ordered for a bed and just a box was delivered left with footboard and headboard never delivered calling the company always always saying they chasing me but I am getting nothing I don’t recommend at all

Ordered a sofa. Half of irder delivered and missing half promised yesterday. Didn't arrive and no emails or calls??? Disgusting service and wish I had checked their atrocious reviews beforehand. Now refund is my only option. As a oap with type 1 diabetes I am now without a sofa .. they need shutting down

Please, please do not use this company. The products are definitely not value for money and of low quality.
My husband is disabled and the mattress we bought was certainly unfit for purpose, we were unable to use it and it was not even 3 months old. It made my husbands health issues much worse. We had to purchase a mattress elsewhere which made us even more out of pocket plus we live in a small bungalow and had no room to store the faulty mattress.
Customer service was absolutely shocking. We were repeatedly not listened to, adding to the overall extra burden on our health.
We were offered a replacement but requested a full refund but they would not help at all. Why would we want another mattress just to go through the same problems again? Anyway, we had already purchased a much better one from a decent retailer.
If you do order anything from them please ensure if it is faulty, return it with 30 days if you would like a refund.
Unfortunately for us, we were just outside of this timeframe when we just could not stand to have it any longer. Many a sleepless, uncomfortable night was spent on it.
I would never ever buy anything from them again and we have shared our concerns with as many people as possible to warn them as we do not wish the same thing to happen to anyone else

This might possibly be the worst company in the entire world. Truthfully there scammers. There not even worth of stars They sent me a bed that could not be put up as missing parts. I had to buy a new bed as needed asap This bed was in my spare storage room 2 year later and missing legs refused to send me. Save your money & do not use this company.

Would be a zero if was possible 3 weeks and 3 wrong deliveries. Been bed less for 3 weeks. Lucky bought a mattress separate atleast something to sleep. Never again plz avoid these incompetent people at all cost. Can't tell distance between a kind size headboard to single bed then you have no hope

Terrible. Ordered a futon from the range. Only the base arrived (and that was late). Was told the mattress would arrive the next day. Never showed up. After countess amounts of chasing to both the range and comfy living I was told it was out of stock. Turns out they have no mattresses for any of the futons!!! Just ridiculous! As the box was thrown away I had no choice but to wrap it in bin liners for collection. Never use this company

Deeply disappointed to have to add to the negative reviews here. Purchased a day bed with trundle from Cloud Nine Furniture on ebay - Bed + mattresses were delivered without the trundle. Then another bed frame was delivered. After many phone calls (they are always polite on the phone) I now have to wait over a month for the trundle. I was offered a full refund but would have to take the bed apart again. They have a 6in narrower trundle in stock but refuse to substitute and would rather refund for a bed that's already been used? I have requested to speak to a supervisor but they never call back

After ordering nearly £1000 in Rattan furniture it arrived in bits, with package 2 of 2 but no package 1 of 2 for two sets and a Rattan Sun Lounger entirely missing.

I contacted there support team who on the surface appear to be helpful, apologising for the missing items and explaining they will be re-sent and be with me within the next 3-5 working days. So I wait, understanding that delivery issues and damaged items etc… can occur. To note, the sets came with a cover to which this was delivered *ONLY*! after the 3-5 day wait, even the courier couldn’t believe it.

With all the items still missing, eventually two weeks on and I receive the other boxes, whilst still missing the Rattan Sun Lounger, only to find that no instruction manuals or screw fixings for the items have been sent. So now I have a number of pieces some in full without fixings and some missing altogether, essentially useless.

So I contact them again and ask to speak to someone who supposedly knows what they are doing, I spoke to Kate the Sales Administrator of Comfy-Living, to which she also apologized and explained that she would get this rectified and have the missing items sent to me as soon as possible, so I take a large *sigh* and agree thinking this surely must be the end of it, a bit of a rocky start but finally someone in charge of their shipping etc… should resolve the issue.

I was promised a Tuesday delivery the following week, bearing in mind the delivery can come at any point in the day so if you don’t work from home like myself, you’ve probably taken a week off by this point.

This never came, so I called back again obviously very cross to find that Kate was on annual leave and hadn’t passed any information on to any colleagues to ensure the issue was fully resolved, furthermore I couldn’t even get a reason why the items hadn’t been sent but was promised delivery the following day, still no items (starting to see a pattern here).

It is now four weeks on and I still do not have my items, I am writing this review to ensure that others avoid using this company as your items will most likely not arrive within the specified delivery window, if at all! Additionally, upon contacting them this time the reception and attitude I received was basically that they didn’t care and it was tough implying “so what? What am I going to do about it?”

I will be demanding a refund and reporting these incompetent fools to trading standards in the hope that no other consumer endures the grief I have.

But to reiterate AVOID!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ordered through Tesco who I thought would pick their third parties better. First delivery was cancelled and when finally arrived furniture wouldn’t screw together properly. When calling through they said was a known fault but clearly still happy for you to buy and send out. Once collection was arranged they clearly use a cheap company as the collection was cancelled as the driver didn’t turn up to work. No email or nothing this was me having to call the collection company.

When my item failed to arrive a week past the delivery date, I requested cancellation of the order and a full refund. Refund wasn't made and I had to contact Paypal to get my money back. Comfy Livings comical response was "we would have refunded you eventually". Do yourself a favour and avoid this joke of a company.

Should be a zero. Bought a bed from the Range for my teenage son. We ordered a black and white faux leather bed for him but what turned up was an all white bed which had damage with a hole in the headrest and also damage to a side panel. The white leather was also dirty.
After several phone calls and e-mails the company are just blanking us now, not responding to e-mails or answering the phone. These are obviously a two bit company and I can't believe The Range use these as a third party. Trading standards will definitely be involved
