Great doctors , can always get an appointment

Excellent staff very helpful and friendly, a pleasure to be a patient at the Polden Medical Practice compared to my previous experience at another surgery before we moved here.

Love this doctors however I am just wondering if you are still opening on a Saturday morning as we have just tried to call and the voicemail says the practice is closed until next working day which is Monday ? The website states open til 12.30 Please can someone advise thanks

I am a new patient at this surgery. I recently went in explained my situation. The two receptionists listened with kindness and understanding. They then took the time to speak to a doctor. My prescription was then handed to the pharmacy, where a lovely young lady handed me my medication!! I'm overwhelmed at the service here. Total opposite to the doctors practice I was registered to before!! Thank you again!

phone is answered quickly by reception , very polite , explain situation , very efficient and great patient care .... you are amazing ... ! after living in surrey all our lives ... and waiting sometimes 3 weeks to be seen ... (mum is end of life care ) you are a breath of fresh air ..... Thank you so much ....

This is for both surgeries.
The staff are all very friendly and you can always get an appointment without having to wait 6 weeks.

Never had a bad experience with these guys. Have been really happy with them.
