North Petherton Surgery

Sharon just booked me a telephone appointment. I received “outstanding service”. She was patient, understanding, polite and kind. I also had a telephone call back with Mandy the Nurse Practitioner, who was equally as helpful. Just spoke with Georgie who was excellent and very proactive in booking me an appointment. Thank you, Sharon, Mandy and Georgie🙏

What fantastic service, phoned at 2.15 for a nurses appointment, got a cancellation for 3.15 the same day and was seen bang on time by a lovely really helpful lady. Great all round service and lovely, pleasant receptionist.

I cannot rate this surgery high enough. Having been a patient here for over 6 years, they are absolutely brilliant. I have needed their help far more than usual over the last 10 months due to constant chronic illnesses and they have been consistent, helpful and super efficient whenever I have needed them- nothing is too much trouble. For those complaining about the phone line wait times, please remember they receive a huge constant stream of phone calls. If you wait on in the telephone queue they will get to you, and are always accommodating. Remember the ladies on reception are fighting fire with the number of patients needing appointments versus those appointments available, please be kind. (I say this as I sat in the waiting room this week and listened to a man be very rude to the receptionist). Great work team, you are all wonderful.

I hope the staff of the surgery do not become deflated by the last review. They are under a huge amount of pressure at the moment, and are trying to do their best for everyone, with very limited resources. How amount a big thank you to them all rather then criticising them on something which is out of their control. Well done North Petherton you are doing a grand job

Quick and professional

Nothing short of excellent

Both my wife and I have used the North Petherton Surgery for almost 14 years. Throughout that time, we have been extremely pleased with the medical attention, care, courtesy and kindness we have experienced from the doctors, nurses, pharmacists and receptionists. We have never had a problem getting an appointment and rarely had to wait more than 10 minutes. We have left the area to move northwards to be closer to family in the NW and NE. Our major concern about moving was would we be able to find such a good medical practice in our new location. The jury's out!

My Family and my self have been with practice since 2008.
I have no overall complaint. The range of services appears to reasonable being updated as required,

Been at this practice many years and seems I always have to really push to get my child's problems listened too. Waited over 3 weeks for an appointment to then be told that their breathing problems weren't really an issue.

Always say "on time" when you check in... I always then wait at least ten minutes after my appointment time..
