KFC Buckshaw Village - Munro Way

Take my grandson here every Thursday. He has special needs and there is one stand out member of staff who is caring, kind and compassionate. Think her name is Kristina she goes out of her way to make us welcome and always remembers us. She has been so helpful whenever we have had any issues. Many thanks

Big difference in prices between the app and within the restaurant. Served quickly, checked the items at the till and one was missing... All sorted.

Group of kids in there but not unruly, a few couples eating. Just a few too many tables left that needed clearing out cleaning. Otherwise I'd accept this as the usual KFC standard.

Been here today. The server on the drive-thru was really good. He was really helpful. I gave us the best deals that were on so we could get the best out of what we were asking for and was able to help me with an issue that I had with the blue light card and the KFC app but he helped either way. The girls at the collection window were helpful in getting us a cup for little boy that was with us as he has funny little ones and they were helpful and kind and accommodating which was great and made the experience a lot easier with a very small demanding child.

Consistent quality for a KFC. Generally fresh and crispy chicken, despite the general variability in the quality between different branches.

Would highly recommend this KFC, which was quite but very nice, the food was excellent, and the service was brilliant also, and it will definitely be going there again.

This KFC appears to be actually able to function as a restaurant which for KFC is remarkable. Meal prepared and served rapidlyz efficiently and most of all correctly. My entire family were completely bewildered having received the food shortly after ordering we were lost for words. There was no awkward waiting around for ridiculous amounts of time waiting on things being cooked whilst the staff just casually look a bit lost for something to do. None of that. Perfect. Head office should be seeing this and replicating what buckshaw do. I will be making it my local despite living 30 miles away as it will be quicker in the long run than using my local. Bravo.

Mainly use the drive through but have used in store on occasions. Every visit, the order has been correct and the food has been hot.

The price does seem to be very in in comparison to other fast food chains but you do get more compared to them.

Even though slightly more out of the way I will go here before going to the branch in Chorley.

I would say one of the best relaxed KFC restaurant to have visited and the staffs were tremendous in their service. Again I must say the rest of the customers like myself looked cheerful 😊. So definitely my one-stop next time I am in Chorley.

Best KFC experience for ages, everywhere was spotless, the young lady who served us was friendly, helpful and polite. The food arrived really quickly, it was hot, freshly cooked, tasty and well presented with a full array of dips.
We will definitely visit this KFC again, it didn't disappoint....

As far as KFC goes this one seems to have all the menu down to a T great tasting, well cooked, not as greasy as alot of the out there and the gravy is always nice and thick 😋 would recommend over all the other kfc's in the area.

Any time we have KFC we always go to the branch at Buckshaw village. The restaurant is always clean and sanitary. The food is always exceptional and very well priced, we get served promptly and the staff are very polite and very helpful! Thank you!

Very clean inside, fast service, friendly and polite staff and the order was spot on.

Food was good, was a little wait but that’s expected. I noticed a few staff members with high amounts of effort and graft. Matt S served me and he had a smile on his face with a cheerful attitude in general, helping other colleagues along the way.

Came in today and the store was short staffed. The queue was long, and it was taking a long time for food to arrive. Despite this, the staff worked extremely hard, putting up with almost constant abuse from customers, doing their best to work their way through the queue as quickly as possible
The on duty manager "Jess" put up with way more direct abuse than I personally would have tolerated. Will be back again!

Everyone decided they didn't want to get out of there cars to collect the good and the queue was huge! Ordered on the app, did the click and collect, just eat drivers thing they own the place. Food was great, hot and very tasty. Great KFC.

I must admit we'd been a couple of times before but hadn't been impressed. Things have changed food was piping hot and the restaurant area was clean and tidy. Well done Buckshaw. 👏

Good customer service, I did the drive through and they missed some of my order. I called and let them know, on return they had the correct order with some complimentary additions. Mistakes happen, they didn't make it awkward or hard work.
