Premier Inn Chorley North hotel

We booked online and the process was simple. We arrived and were assigned our room. I forgot to book a room with easy access and we were moved to another room with a lower sided bath without hesitation. The room was clean, fresh smelling, and perfect for our needs for a two night stay. The staff were all pleasant, helpful, and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was perfect to set us up for our four hour drive home. It is unfair to single one staff member over another, but the chef knows how to poach a good egg.

Visiting family so needed to stay in the area. Really good location and rooms of a high standard. As well as the usual premier inn breakfast there is also a pub next door serving breakfast and meals but it's worth booking if you want to eat there.

One of the best premier inns we have stayed in. Staff were so lovely and friendly. They were so good with my daughter and son this morning and really put my daughter at ease. I was very impressed with how kind and thoughtful they were. The room was super clean and the food was excellent. Couldn't fault it at all. Would definitely return and recommend to friends. Beautiful location. We stayed here on our way to Wales from Glasgow. Rooms were immaculate, breakfast was excellent.
Id like to say a thank you to Peter and the rest of the staff, on arrival our car began badly leaking diesel all over the carpark and stressing out with the reality that not only could we not continue our journey we were going to struggle to get our car home.
The staff were so understanding, helping us anyway they could, which we are genuinely grateful for.
Because of their help we managed to source a mobile mechanic and get back on our journey.
The scenery around the hotel is beautiful. Highly recommend if your looking a hotel in the Chorley area.

Ah what a lovely team they have here, made my stay a treat it did. Stay in many a lower budget hotel while travelling around and Premier Inns are always the preferred and this team here confirmed why again. And the quality of the rooms, breakfast is always very consistent throughout the brand. Cheers all, much appreciated!

Had a great stay here this week, it was a comfortable room and bed, and nice and quiet. Breakfast was great and the chef Murty was particularly helpful. He was very efficient and nothing was too much trouble. He made us feel that he really enjoyed getting our breakfast, and it was freshly cooked. I also really enjoyed the fresh fruit and yogurt.
The reception staff at breakfast were also very helpful and made us feel welcome

Clean and tidy. Lovely hotel, the only problem we had was it wasn't very well sign posted and we ended up in the gym on the joining road. Staff were polite. Good stop off from our holiday on our way home with our baby.

We use Premier Inn all the time, but venues do tend to differ in quality. This is by far the best Premier Inn we have been to. The Staff are all superb (as of writing 28/5/23) the Breakfast was superb. Marty the Irish chef was absolutely superb. Great to see Staff working well and in a team. A real pleasure to stay here.

We arrived just before 5pm. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful. We went quickly to our room, it is a bit of a trek to the lifts with a suitcase as they are not at the entrance. Room was clean and comfortable. I had to ask for an extra towel as we had been allocated just one bath and one hand towel. Breakfast was good the staff seemed happy and friendly. Coped pleasantly with my allergy. I would recommend this one to friends and family.

A great Prem Inn, perfect location for both Lancashire and Yorkshire travels. Staff are welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is delicious, the Chefs happy to cook veggie sausages and poached eggs. All food tasted fresh. Hotel next to a pub where you could have evening meal, on the side of the canal. Highly recommend.

Nice quiet location away from road noise with plenty of parking. Friendly lady on reception and I slept really well. Preferred the room lay out to the one I had the previous night at a different location.

Large number of rooms split across two buildings with a pub and restaurant in the middle which has a lot of outdoor seating as well. Buildings and room were in a good state of repair and very clean and tidy.

Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel and great prices. The pub restaurant is not part of the hotel chain so check on times if wanting a meal. The staff are lovely and friendly. I would happily stay here again. Be careful if you miss the turn in as you may end up in the David Lloyd Gym like I did after missing the turning.

Location,, friendly and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Was recommend staying here as a stop over and definitely one of the best PI we've stayed in. Amazing breakfast and freshly cooked. Great pub next door. Thank you.

What great hotel. It was in a nice quiet road. It was beautiful. The staff was amazing very very friendly. Went for a wedding and check in was not until 3pm.... they let us check in at 1.30 to get ready. It was very clean. The room was very comfortable for us. We only stayed one night wish I had stayed longer. Breakfast the next day was amazing food was tasty. I have stayed in a few premier inn's and this was by far the best one. Would definitely stay again. Bed was comfy. The shower was amazing nice and hot how I like it. The water pressure was great.
I slept very well... and so did my husband, we didn't want to get up.
Their is a nice little river near that you can go for walks by. Pub is there too. Not far from town center.
We can not fault them. Very very nice.

Been staying here that last few years when on business when in the area, great rooms, lots of parking and most importantly a really super quality breakfast which is always consistently outstanding, the chef is a really cheery Irish chap, hd definitely makes the place standout.

The thing I love about premier inns is consistency. They are all virtually the same and you know what you're getting.

In this case rooms were clean and maintained, staff were polite and helpful. Building was accessible and it had adequate parking. We had breakfast and it was all good. Would stay again next time I'm in the area.

Excellent customer service. Staff are lovely and very helpful 😊. Double room is very spacious, which is a godsend since my stay here is for 9 days

Well unlike many, this ain’t your standard Premier Inn!

What a lovely location, so peaceful with the Canal next to the hotel and you can walk for miles. The staff are so friendly and are happy to help, and answer any enquiries.

I will return.

Premier Inn is what you get but what set this apart was the helpfulness of every staff member I encountered. Got me checked in early as I was going out to a wedding, receptionist & manager & housekeeping worked together to get me in early which meant I could get ready for wedding in comfort instead of in the toilet somewhere 👌👌👌
