The service from start to finish has been excellent I can’t fault it. In store the staff were really helpful. Delivery team were on time and really polite. Sales team followed up instantly to help resolve the issue. Excellent customer service.

We had support from a well recommended handy professionals Andy and John supporting with assembling the three door wardrobe together while we are managing to complete the other two together with all the good advice we received from them.

The delivery team were great. I got a call to say that they'd arrive in about an hour. They arrived in 50 mins so I was prepared. They were quick, polite, they didn't complain that it was up two flights of stairs. They actually put the mattress on the divan for me (I'm disabled so I appreciated that). They were efficient, knowledgeable, polite and quite chirpy. They were in uniform so identifiable. I couldn't fault anything.

The transaction was easy online but you'll be bombarded with texts and emails about the process, how they did, what to do next, reminders of reminders when they'll be coming. Overkill. Only had 1 night on the mattress and then got another survey. Jeez!

Had a excellent delivery thanks to Sean and Andy. Very cheerful phone call about an hour before, (Sean actually sang the information to me). Its a long time, if ever, Ive met delivery drivers like these two, they made my day. Very friendly, polite and helpful. I wish they could do all my deliveries. A credit to Benson for Beds. Thank you

Harry & Simon were great and very efficient. Very polite, helpful and shoes off when in the house. The whole delivery took no more than 10 minutes start to finish.
Also a comment about the product: everything was packaged really well and I was impressed that the mattress in addition to being in a heavy duty plastic bag , had additional fabric packing on the 4 corners. All round 5*s to Bensons

The delivery team was excellent. I failed to collect the mattress in time, but they helped me arrange it on the same day. In fact within half hour. They contacted their office on my behalf and made the delivery. Kudos to Janis and John K for their outstanding customer service!

The driver and drivers assistant, both called James were very professional and courteous. They delivered the items to my upstairs bedroom without any fuss and the boxes were very heavy.

From start to finish my experience with your company has been 2nd to none! Always keeping me up to date with my order, and I must give a special mention to the lady and gentleman who delivered my mattress, they are a credit to your company! They couldn’t have been more professional or polite if they had tried, and as soon as they saw I was on crutches they didn’t hesitate to ask “Shall we take it upstairs for you” they not only did that they took the plastic packaging off and put the mattress onto my bed frame! Fantastic service!!

The delivery guys were exceptional. Really professional, super quick and clearly knew exactly what to do get the bed up to the bedroom without damaging anything in my house...including taking pictures off the wall to avoid damaging them. They also gave me clear instructions on how to assemble the bed, so 5 minutes after they left, I had the bed fully assembled!

The 2 man delivery team were polite , courteous, friendly and used shoe protectors when in the house , they completed the Divan Bed , Headboard and mattress set up in a quick timely manner and ensuring everything was satisfactory with us before leaving with the packaging and everything set up perfectly.
Definitely a credit to the company with the high standard of professional service they both showed from coming into the house and leaving once everything was complete and to our satisfaction.

I received communication a day before the delivery as a reminder. I received a text on the day to track the delivery. I also received a call 30mins beforehand. The team wore protective shoes and carried all my items to the bedroom upstairs. Really good stress feee service. Thank you

I’ve not purchased from Bensons for Beds before but it has honestly been one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. You kept me full updated regularly on my expected delivery. You helped with a query I had on the colour of the bed frame I’d ordered online before delivery. And even when we got heavy snow on delivery day, you pulled out all the stops to get my bed delivered on the day with minimal delay. You were so helpful throughout - 10 out of 10 for effort. I’ve recommended you to absolutely everyone based on that! Thank you!!!

Used the website to order a bed that I was specifically looking for, multiple options for payment, once the order was placed two Confirmation emails were sent and shortly after that a delivery date with an estimated timeframe. Delivery crew Called in advance to let me know they were coming, when they arrived, they were pleasant, professional and very helpful as I couldn’t have got the bed into my house on my own. We Would use this service again.

The delivery team were outstanding, they delivered to a room of our choice and we were really impressed that they were considerate enough to take their shoes off/put on shoe covers when entering our carpeted room (particularly as we had cleaned the carpet in preparation for our new bed)

The delivery team, John & Glen, was quite proffessional and I think there was nothing more they could have done. They carried all heavy load to the top floor of a 3-floor building, placed boxes neatly, even used shoe covers when in the room ( which not many workers would do). Overall, I am extremely happy with the delivery and, of course, the products I received.
