Tesco Express

Good for picking up lunch whilst working, decent sized shop it is a tesco express so normal stock levels for the size of the shop. want anything more then go to a bigger store!

Great service by Isaac. He helped me find the chewingum very efficiently.

Good offers especially if you have a Club card.

Not too busy, staff always pleasant. Had all items I needed.

Seems to be a really funny/rotting smell in the store but otherwise has what i need most the time.

Got here at 5 to 11 and they'd locked the door. Had this been the event I ran or the cafe I ran I would've got complaints.

A lot of empty shelves.

Word of advice. If looking for Christmas puds or cakes. Take a step ladder or someone over 6ft with you. Everything is on the top shelf, I suppose you could always ask a member of staff. This always irks me in smaller stores. Space is a premium, I get that, but they two displays of mince pies. So why not have one that has the puds, bombes and cakes on it? It's common sense. Had to lose a star, sorry

Thought this shop is supposed to be open until 1pm went to tonight & already door locked staff opened door for me begrudgingly at 10.05 pm bad atmosphere I think I scuppered plans to clock off early !!

Very small shop with some basics, there is a permanent smell of rotting veg from the chiller which makes it rather unpleasant to shop here.

This Review is for Our New Tesco Express on Preston Road in Leyland. What A Waste of time these shops are, over inflated prices for local people, and Nothing much in Food to buy Only foreign Muck. The fresh bread section is Poor, No Cash machine. Booze, sweets & crisps fill up the isles. NO Firelighters, No kindling which people need in winter to light their fires if not using Gas.The Nescafé Gold is only in Large bottles at a ridiculous price, a tin of dog food £2.5. The steak thats in with the meal deal isn’t fit to eat, only for the dog. I hope these shops all go, they are Not a convenience. Robbing B.

Make sure to bring your I.D as the staff here get paid a lot and will ask for it even if you look over 25 never mind 18 (in my case I’ve got a beard only a full grown man could grow.) Staff attitude was horrendous, lucky enough I live nearby.

This is my local new Tesco.
The only reason I return here is they have two nice members of staff, Matt and Hollie. I feel relieved if I see them two because the rest are miserable and begrudge helping. They look like they really don't want to work there! It smells upon arrival and seems to be a food bank for those who don't wish to pay. They simply fill up and walk out. No judgement or alerting security. Please cheer up and appreciate you have a job or just leave. It's simple.
I'd give more stars just for Matt and Hollie but sadly the rest of the staff spoil it.

Pointless them even having a Evri printer, it never works and staff couldn't care less.

Staff members have no signs of customer service training. No smiles, no greetings. Shockingly toxic place to work. Management do nothing. Avoid as a plague. I voted with my feet.

P.S. Tesco bosses kept insisting to bring advertisement banner on the pavement along the Preston road that blocks half of already narrow path. Total disrespect to community.

Bad staff service with a terrible attitude, rude and not patient at all, they do not show any sense of enpathy, especially today, December 16 at 9:20 p.m., the man who gives customer service is very rude, showing his disagreement with working there. missing previous staff.
