Nisa Local Eaves Lane

I went in to buy a couple of things 10:02pm weekday, thinking it was open till 11pm. Two ladies working there made me aware it was only open till 10 pm, still let me buy what I needed and even asked me if I'd got everything I came for. Very impressed with their attitude.

Always have delicious 😋 local milk and fresh rolls when I need them! Service with smile ☺

Since Nisa have taken over this shop the service at the post office is very poor! so much so I only use as a last resort now. Just taken the wife and she was in the que for 40 minute's only to be told we can't do special delivery now and the final collection had not happend. Wasting my time. And a perfect way of how to drive customers away!

Shop local,expensive,ok when have deals,some of staff very rude no people skills,long queues,and they havnt got clue about anything about the post office

This is now a morrisons local, same rude staff and poor customer service. There is a tesco express being built very close so let's hope it is better. In the mean time walk down to the premier or go round the corner to the other shop. Not worth it. Rude rude rude rude.

Customer service poor. They talk between themselves. Rarely to the customer. Several parcels had wrong addresses. Where on earth do they find such poor staff?!

I've got to hand it to the woman behind the counter in Eaves Lane Post Office. She has the special gift of being able to conduct an end-to-end postal transaction without ever looking at you.

Post office should be removed. No wonder they are struggling when untrained, rude and bone idle staff represent them.

How can a little shop have such horrible staff , hats off to you nisa for employing these people, I would rather drive miles before I use this shop again

Sorry you've lost me as a customer very expensive how any one can shop here is beyond me everything's twice the price from in Chorley town centre thought they might've been more competitive with Aldi half a mile away the go local shop on Harper's lane is cheaper to shop only good things I can say is the post office is inside nisa on eaves lane

The ladies in this shop are some of the rudest people I’ve ever met. Grown women with such bad attitudes. Shame.

Called in for hot food on a bitter cold and wet day
Received luke warm pasties and to add
insult £1 dearer than my local nisa first and last visit

I was excited to see a morrisons local, as I have a morrisons card, but you cannot use it here.

Now that there is a Tesco Express up the road, I will be going there instead. Better prices and deals, plus they let my use my points card, unlike Morrisons Local.
