Motorpoint Burnley

I couldn’t recommend Motorpoint enough. I initially dealt with Kevin who was patient, knowledgable and was NOT pushy at all. After this, I dealt mainly with Shannon who gave 100% to get my sale through on the day after a slight hiccup with tax and the log book. At the end, Harrison walked myself through all the finer details, finance details and took me on a test drive to explain all the confusing buttons within my higher spec car. As a first time driver, first time buyer and all-round newbie to cars, Motorpoint couldn’t have made this experience any better, from the free brews, test drives through to experienced sales people. I will 100% be coming back and I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in buying or selling a car. Truly experienced professionals!

Great experience looking at used cars. The staff were friendly and helpful, in particular Kurt, who dealt with my enquiries. The showroom was immaculate with plenty of cars to look at.

I have just bought my new car from Motorpoint Burnley and have had it only 2 days. This is the 3rd car I have bought from them and I can honestly say on all three occasions I have been happy with all the purchase of the cars. The showroom is immaculate,
The staff member that you get approached by initially is the person who looks after you from start to finish.
Kurt was our recent salesperson who dealt with my recent purchase and he was very proffesional, friendly and answered all the questions we asked him, he left us to look around at cars and explained everything that we needed to do if we saw any cars that we were interested in, he didn't put any pressure on us to purchase. He sorted all the paperwork out for me, and explained what he needed from me, as I part exchanged my car with them.
The only thing that i would say is that on the day of the collection that the car is left clean inside and all rubbish is taken out my the staff who clean them. There were caps that were just left on the seat and Kurt kindly put them back on for us, as we wouldn't know were they would have needed to go.
I would definitely recommend Motorpoint Burnley if you need a new car.

Excellent place for a choice of vehicles. Staff are most welcoming. Find your car tell a staff member drive home on same day.

Sold my ds7 to these guys, they offered almost 1500 more than any other buyer. The price u see online is the price they give. As long as you've been honest about the car. They won't knock off a single penny. Got there and within half hr had the money in my account and the sale was done. Amazing and very friendly staff

I needed a new car in a hurry as mine had been written off. I had brilliant service from Ben C and Ashton, they were both very helpful and went the extra mile to find out information for me about whether cars had things I needed, as well as suggesting cars to try as I had no idea which models were suitable. I picked up my car on Monday and am very happy with it - and it was a great price! Oh, and the complimentary coffee in the cafe is lovely.

Used Motorpoint for our last car, easy and decent prices so went back for our next. Nice customer service not pushy in anyway, helpful with any questions we had. Clearly explained the process. Gave us lots of time alone to talk without an audience.

A great relief after the last Lemon of a car purchased from another dealership in Morcambe!! Fantastic service start to finish. This will be our 3rd car purchased from Motorpoint all have been excellent. Car collected was in excellent and clean condition we pre ordered on line with drive off within the hour. Test drive and inspection offered and accepted. We are very pleased. No pressure at this place you are free to get keys and have a good look at vehicle without any salesman ontop of you. Well done Motorpoint for great service.

Very happy! Went with my partner and we were both very nervous about buying a new car. We were looked after by David Walls who was excellent with us even added a bit of humour and made us feel relaxed. It was a smooth process and we are delighted with the car.

When in January 2023. This is the second car I've bought from motorpoint. Really satisfied on how I was treated both times. Both cars were perfect , the last one bout 5 years ago and never had anything wrong in all that time. Got a really good part x price both times too. Would definitely recommend.

No pushy sales people - David helped us select the car we wanted and Christopher helped us finalise our purchase and help us on our way. Very impressive. Sold my car after an offer online which was more than expected. From going through the front door to having the money in my bank took approximately 30 minutes. No reduction from the initial quote (I expected them to try and find all sorts of faults to lower this offer)....they paid the exact amount without any questions. Definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to sell their car without all the problems of selling privately 👍

Just finished buying our second car here in the last decade. Great selection of cars of every size, very attentive staff and an array of free drinks. My only add would be to give free WiFi... or kids came with us and when you're they're for a couple of hours this would help massively.

Just bought another car from motorpoint Burnley. Salesman Kurt was brilliant as usual, had 3 cars from him now! Great choice of cars at the site and a generous trade in price for my old vehicle. Checked with main dealers on the Internet before my visit and their cars were a little bit more expensive and their trade in offers were lower too. Fantastic coffee in their in store cafe well worth a visit. Best wishes G

We arrived at Burnley site early (before they opened) but no problem. We were greeted with a smile and directed to the cafe for free drinks.
We had obtained 4 online valuations for our car and Motorpoint’s offer was over £3000 more than the lowest. After the car being checked and taken for a test drive Ben went through the sale with us and we received the full offer price. How lovely not to have to haggle or accept a lower offer.
The money was in our bank account by the time we got home 40 minutes later.
We would certainly use Motorpoint again.

Just purchased my 4th car from here and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Always an easy process,I had regular contact with staff until my appointment and everything was ready for me when I arrived. No pressure from any staff which is why I will return

I have had 2 good experiences with Motorpoint in the past but Tomas Dulskij was absolutely brilliant today with my third purchase. He was so helpful he made everything so easy and was very patient with all my questions aside from being very competent with his job his customer service was fantastic. IWhat a lovely person he was
