I couldn’t recommend The Electrolysis Clinic more highly - Frances is exceptional at what she does. I am overjoyed by the results - having struggled with the impact of PCOS since I was teenager, having this treatment has been life changing for me. I only wish I had found Frances sooner and not wasted time and money elsewhere.

From the outset Frances was clear about the process and the best way to approach the initial clearing of the treatment area. I felt I could trust her 100% given her level of experience and expertise - and I am so glad I did (as I have achieved effective results much sooner). However, it isn’t just her professionalism and commitment that makes Frances so wonderful at her job - she is also incredibly empathetic and kind, and just an all round fabulous person. I look forward to seeing her at every visit.

As a working mum with a hectic schedule, I also really appreciate how flexible Frances is with her diary, often opening late evening and weekend appointments. Clients are not over-booked so there is never a sense of being rushed in and out. Parking is easy and the clinic itself is so welcoming and calming.

There may be a waiting list for your initial consultation, but that is because Frances does not jam her clients in to every available slot, and she is definitely worth waiting for. You get professional, friendly, exceptional service at every session and you never ever feel rushed. She puts you at ease from your first session and fully explains the process and how it works.
I have been coming about 18 months now, and as she explained in the consultation, the time between appointments gets longer and longer because it really does work. I could not believe it when we realised it had been 3 months since I had last been and the treatment has made such a difference to my own self confidence.
Her new clinic is modern and spotlessly clean and I wouldn't hesitate to recommended her to friends and family and can only thank her for her truly fantastic service.

I have been using Frances to do my electrolysis for a long time and she's exceptional at what she does. She is professional and easy to relax around. She's respectful and caring. I go here regularly and can see a huge difference in my unwanted hair. I have done laser, shaving everything but gone here and this really works! Frances is sooooo helpful and knows exactly what she's doing. She gives you results and gets the job done. I have been to other electrolysis clinics and they burn your face, cause lumps and takes ages for your area to settle. However, Frances is the opposite. I have been seeing Frances for electrolysis since 2019 (Covid lockdowns have added a lot of time to this). Although the lockdowns actually helped in a way, as months of downtime with no treatment proved that it was really working, as there was no regrowth at all.

As a natural redhead my hair is a lot tougher to remove and not suitable for laser treatments. But I could not be happier with her work. Having also had electrolysis with other providers, I can honestly say that I see Frances as the gold standard for electrolysis.

She takes the time to find what works for your skin type. Adjusting the amount of time, the power used and the frequency of treatments on an individual basis.

This woman was so up herself when I spoke to her about booking in for electrolysis.She went on to discuss how she had no competition and nobody was as competent as her when it came to electrolysis.Not only just that she also said she would get back to me in 3 months time for any availability but it’s unfortunately been 8 months and I’ve not heard back.Wish people could just be honest.
