Terrible service, I'm sure the 5 star reviews here aren't all geniune. When I called I spoke with a representative instead of an actual locksmith which is the first red flag. Secondly they quoted me £50 + VAT and told me the locksmith will be there within 30minutes. The locksmith did indeed come within that time but after inspecting the door, in person, started adding on costs such as labour and replacing the lock and a call out fee which ended up quoting me £210. When told that I don't want the service for that price especially when I was quoted a quarter of that he walked away but told me I needed to pay a cancellation fee which is evident on their website. Despite the fact I called and therefore clearly wouldn't be aware of such a fee unless told so on the phone. Terrible service, terrible pricing, try somewhere else.
