Well laid out, spacious and a great selection. Staff were very helpful on many occasions and kindly offered a shopping voucher for something that was my fault as I bought the wrong product. Very happy with their friendly professional service.

Very helpful and super sonic fast service. I was looking for an item, the lady behind the bar communicated via Bluetooth, the other lady came in minutes of the item I was looking for. Also she gave several other option as replacement as they didn’t have and confirmed with me if that was ok. So I give 10/10 am also she was very friendly. She deserves credibility 👍🏻

Always a pleasure to shop here. Good choice, friendly staff. A bit dearer than most of the others, but always plenty of deals and, to my eyes, the quality of produce and meat is worth the extra. We're not every week regulars but it does make a nice change when spare cash is around.

Brilliant, as always, too expensive sometimes, obviously, but at least they stock up, wheras since Brexit, most supermarlets cannot ecen stock up with goods made in GN??? You can pretend you are wealthy there, and put on your best clothes, , no one will know-- so long as you don't say " my card might be declined" when you get to the till. 😬🫣🤣

Hi my name is Wasim Shah and I worked as a retail security guard employed by (Total Security Services TSS) at Waitrose (Berkhamsted Branch). I was there around last year autumn season 2021 October/November time.

I would like to share my experience that it was a pleasure to work there especially in a friendly atmosphere.

The car park was fantastic as well
as the store itself was always well stocked and had a lot of varieties.

Although I did not work there for too long but all the shifts I did over there were great especially with all the staff members who were very polite, helpful and down to earth.

Love this waitrose - love the cafe. Such a lovely relaxing place with good offers to have coffee and scone/cake regularly. Love it. Good parking for 1.5 hours.

Best Supermarket cafe around which was recently refilurbised with a nice personal service and a simple but appealing menu.

Park in the multistorey and you can avoid having to exit the main car park which will mean joining Berkhampstead high street.

Great staff, as always with Waitrose.

The best supermarket in the world, no chaos, just beautiful food, groceries and atmosphere. I wish I lived in Berkhamsted just so I could have the privilege of visiting this Waitrose at my convenience. Tidy and great selection, good offers. Everything I want in a supermarket

Nice shop sooo expensive though i cannot believe people can do their weekly shop there.
I must say though the staff looked happy especially in the wine aisle! Was nice to see. It did look like it was a nice place to work. Nice staff probably because it is a happy enviroment to work in.

Oh my goodness today 3-4pm was feeling a bit unwell while shopping and asked Partner on the till if someone could help me pack. Not only did the Partner and a nearby colleague unload my trolley but they put it through the till and packed everything for me beautifully and popped it all back in my trolley for me 💜💜💜I was also shown "a little love" when a gentleman Partner brought me a bottle of water🥰My son came to collect me and was so impressed with how I was looked after. My thanks as always to Waitrose and Partners you know how to make your Customers feel special. Thank you so much x

Come to Waitrose in Berkhamsted to see displays of some of the worst parking in the home counties, it truly is a joy to behold. Famously situated next to the Grand Union Canal, this provides ample opportunity for shoplifters to make a low speed getaway on a canal boat, either north to Birmingham or south to London.
The shop itself is usually well stocked and you are served by a abundance of hard working, polite and helpful staff who seem to put up with some terribly rude behaviour from some of the citizens of this town, who should really know better. Come on, you're not having dinner at The Ivy, a simple please and thank you goes a long way!

Love your food, amazing choices for vegetarians and vegan and always treats in store. The new layout is easy now I’m used to it too. Staff are friendly as well. Thank you!

I have been here various, umpteen visits! Have previously eaten in cafe - sandwiches good, cakes are YUMMY!! Toilets clean. Out of order today-frustrating. Car park clean. Shelves are well stocked. Service very good & friendly.

The staff are lovely. The stores are really trying to reduce packaging and they have lots of organic food, especially when compared to the food-and-clothes selling competition. A small multi-storey carpark has opened right next to Waitrose for anyone who needs more than 2 hours in there or in Berkhamsted.
