Amazing service and good menu. Lovely well run pub. Good cask beer range

Food and service were really good and the servings were generous. The reserved area was private and spacious; great place for our kids to run around and the parents to relax.

We stayed for one night and had a lovely stay. The staff were really friendly, the room was perfect, and we had some lovely breakfast in the morning. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent room and great service from Emma on reception. We needed somewhere dog friendly and this was perfect. They even provided a dog bed and bowls.

Stayed one night at the Red Lion, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped, the private parking is a bonus, difficult to park in the area. Lunch was good served in the beer garden. Would stay again.

Really warm and welcoming atmosphere, my room was immaculate and very comfortable had a restful stay. Had vegetarian breakfast great quality and healthy ingredients.☺

Amazing sun trap terrace, excellent pipes and lager, phenomenal kitchen (my wife and I agree), attentive and lovely staff. Our new favourite pub.

We just got back to Canada from a visit to London. We stayed at the Red Lion, Radlett for 5 nights. Room was clean and the stay was very pleasant. What was remarkable was the staff. They were nice, courteous, friendly & very helpful. How can we forget Simona's smile and friendliness or Elicia (who said has been around for just a couple of weeks) but went out of her way by helping us with transportation, ordering Uber and so on. We highly recommend Red Lion & will come back to stay there again.

Went to the Red Lion on 04/05/2023 for lunch with a friend and had a great time! The service was very good and the food served was mouth watering so thank you to the chefs who made the food! We had Dan who brought our food out to us and served us drinks from behind the bar and was very pleasant to speak with. Fantastic outing and will definitely be back.

Just spent a long-weekend here in a superior double room on the top floor of this very charismatic building, and what a great stay it was. The room was very large and extremely comfortable with a spacious, modern bathroom. Our window overlooked the street but double-glazed windows ensured that any sounds from outside did not get through. The staff are super-friendly and very helpful. Location is great, opposite the train station and a stone's throw to the stores and coffee shops (loved Brass Monkey!). Highly recommended.

Called in after long
rail journey on Thursday afternoon. Had mushrooms and a glass of wine. As a solo female it can sometimes feel intimidating going into a pub but I was made to feel very welcome. Food and service were excellent.

Popped in on a Sunday for some food and let me tell you - that was one of the top 3 roasts I have had in my life. We both had roast trio plus cauli cheese to share and believe you me when I say - the portions are humongous. I had to ask for a doggy bag because I could not finish it on my own! The beef was perfectly cooked medium rare, pork had nice crackling and chicken was juice af. Definitely will return!

The best medium rare steak I have ever had. Raphael dealt with my request in a very timely manner and very friendly. I will be back for sure.

Such a welcoming pub, staff are very friendly and service is great. Food is very nice. Large garden at the front will definitely be returning in the summer.
