What a disgrace! My father in law had stroke. We have been ordering his medication to be delivered every week, it's life important! They had done it twice correct. Apart from it, my husband had to pick it up, because they missed the day or done it on the wrong day or something else. I had problems there myself. I have been posting repeat prescription for my both sons in same day monthly. And even here the chemists managed to do wrong. They lost one prescription, they couldn't reorder it, than I had to wait another week for it to arrive. What a mess. The two girls, who work there regularly, are really rude. They don't explain anything, they just say that it's not their fault. Well, whose then? Really incompetent and rude. I have been even loughed at, because I am foreign, and my English is not as perfect.

Repeat prescription requests take over 1 week from submitting the prescription to receiving medication.
