Studio-1 Gym

For the last 8 years, Studio 1 has been my go-to place, and I haven't come across a better gym. If you're seeking a genuine, unfiltered, and professional workout environment, this is the place for you. Mark, the owner and heartbeat of this gym, creates a welcoming atmosphere while prioritizing safety and awareness. I wouldn't consider trying another gym; the rugged and hardcore vibe here perfectly aligns with my energy and spirit. Absolutely love it.

It's a gem that I,d rather not advertise..its clean,well organised and Mark and staff are great ..no attitudes and everyone is approachable.Upstairs caters more for cardio and downstairs is all weights..so depending on your training needs,you,r not falling over others.

I would say the best Gym in the area if your serious about your training , there is always a fantastic atmosphere , plenty of room and equipment to suit everyone's needs whether you are just training to keep fit or competing seriously . Mark the owner has a wealth of knowledge and is always ready to help and give advice . I have trained in many gyms over the past 20 + years but Studio 1 is way ahead of the rest .

Professionals train here,
A gym for people who know what they want and not people who want to show off,
Everyone is friendly regardless of who you are or where you are from(Race),
And the biggest thing is trust as everyone leaves their stuff Unwatched,so this is not a place for thieves,
Managed by one of the best body builders you would ever come across,
Friendly environment.

A brilliant find. Went for a sports massage which helped a lot. People are very friendly, awesome and very helpful. I wish the location was much closer to where I live.

I did attend the gym for two months. You get a value for money. There is a Cardio area on the second floor, and enough weights to do something with your body and mind.
