Extremely professional outfit, went above and beyond to provide an exceptional service. Most importantly, someone was always there at the end of the phone to answer my queries and make arrangements. Absolutely first class service. Rang me back within a few minutes of me sending a text, turned up the same day, opened the locked van with no damage and cut and programmed a new key for me, all for a very reasonable fee. Asked around 3 places and the other two wanted a deposit before they would come and help of about £120 then 30 more on top when the job was done. Craig came along from infinity with no deposit in about 30 mins and did it all for £90. Life savers

Great customer service. Replaced my lost BMW key flawless! Best part is I broke the manual key 2 weeks later, he returned to replace it FOC, unbeleivable in this day & age. Definitely recommended

Excellent service. I called Autolocks as my car key had broken and I was unable to start my car. Autolocks arrived to me within the hour which was very helpful considering it was an unplanned call-out. Autolocks cut me a new remote car key and also a spare. Great value for money.

Bumped into these guys at my workplace while they were on another job. Asked if they could change the internals of my old broken car key into my new one if they wouldn't mind and how much. The absolute gent changed the key parts over free of charge despite being very busy. Took not even 10 minutes. Genuinely nice bloke,very helpful and professional. Would highly recommend his services!!

Excellent service, fast, quick, friendly, good value and fantastic customer service. My car was not recognising my key, I phoned up in the afternoon and James was able to come to my house in just over an hour. He very quickly sorted me out with 2 new keys for my car.
