Princes garden surgery

Moved to this surgery 18months ago and I can truly say, the service is amazing the people that work here are super friendly and cannot do enough for you. They know how to treat their patients properly not just with their medical knowledge but with kindness too and that works both ways, be kind to them too! My last surgery needs to take a note out of these guys books!!

Absolutely the best surgery in the world! The staff are always extremely helpful and understanding. I've never had any problems and both my children and myself have always been looked after really well and felt listened to.

Helpful and caring professionals, very thorough care from nurses and doctors - excellent. Reception staff do a good job. Would highly recommend.

As a new patient , pretty impressed so far! The online consult is easy to navigate and I had a phone call from Dr Payne within the hour and a prescription sent to the Pharmacy!

Can not rate this Surgery highly enough, from reception to consultation all top class. Really felt like the people cared and was not just a job to them.

Purpose-built. Amazing staff. Nice park outside. Professional and knowledgeable people. Chill waiting area. Plenty of info on reducing any wait times. Very quick responses on my particular needs, whether via text, email or phone.

The reception staff seem to be the lifeblood of this establishment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

If you leave a 1 star review, I hope you also stayed in your house during covid and didn't bang pots and pans or clap. Seems like an ineffective form of treatment. Pay rises for all! Let's gooo!

Dr summerville and dr Sonnenberg are honestly the two best doctors. They are so accommodating and listen to your problems. They are so helpful and have out my mind at ease and helped me so much.

I've recently moved from another local practice I've had no issues speaking with or getting an appointment. Highly recommend this surgery

Phoned at 8.15 on 20th December. Spoke to lovley receptionist at 8.17. Medication there at 10.50. Credit where credit is due. They have always been really good with me 😏
