Not sure if Mr Bevin who gave 2 stars is writing about this pharmacy or a completely different one. I've only been with the pharmacy about a month now, after leaving Lloyds pharmacy on Grove Road, which unfortunately went down hill after the pandemic. The pharmacist and staff are great and friendly. The pharmacist is always very helpful to his customers. After my second visit I have been always greeted by my name.

Good pharmacy friendly staff very helpful would recommend phoning ahead if you get the chance (to give them a couple of hours notice if prescription goes to them automatically)

Staff always so helpful and so efficient. My experience is always pleasant and as I suffer with anxiety it’s so important for me to have that. I never stress about having to go there weekly. Which is a rare for me. So Thankyou pharmacy direct and the manager is always helpful and friendly aswell as the staff so approachable. Highly recommend. 😀

Great little pharmacy, ways helpful

I visited today for the first time for my covid PCR test. All the staff were really welcoming and friendly and made me feel comfortable. They all followed the covid regulations and provided hand sanitizer. In the short time I was there I observed the staff going the extra distance to give good service. For example coming out to bring medicine to a customer who was not so mobile so that they didn't have to get up unnecessarily. I don't live near by but I recommend this pharmacy to anyone who does. Much better than the ones round my way anyway!

I always getting good service from this chemist. pharmacist and staff alway helpful even when lots of people. My problem for child was solved very quickly with good advice, in another places i was waiting in long queue.

Experienced and knowledgeable. Efficient service every time. May have to wait outside during busy periods to maintain social distancing. Good covid practices inside the shop.

Never have any problems with my perscriptions.
Popped in today 17/10/2019 the staff in this branch are very helpful, friendly nothing is too much trouble.
