Fair Oak Village Pharmacy

I began using Fair Oak Pharmacy about a year ago for my prescriptions. They have been incredibly helpful & there has never been any problems.
The staff are helpful & although it is often busy, they are efficient.

Amazing service! Went out of the way to make sure my prescription was personally delivered as it was an emergency.
Then had a follow up call to make sure the meds were ok.
Couldn’t recommend enough

The staff in here were extremely professional in their attitude and service. In many ways I felt the quality of service was like being in John Lewis. Well trained in dealing with customers. Well done x

Despite the unrealistic expectations of many, the staff here work hard to provide a valuable service against a background of increasing cost, lower margins and long hours.

I'm grateful they are here as going to Eastleigh would be a lot less convenient.

4th Covid booster today and Fair Oak Village Pharmacy walk-in centre was superb. Far and away the best so far. No queue, extremely professional, kind and friendly. Thank You. Deserves more than 5 stars!

Have been using Fair Oak pharmacy for a few years now and have always found them to be helpful the staff very friendly and polite no problem with them at all even the younger staff are pleasant and helpful.Can’t praise you guys enough especially during the covid epidemic.

I recently had prescription delivered bu you on it were lercanidipine tablets on a slip said not available does this not doing them any more contact GP WHICH IS A JOKE for a substitute surely pharmacist is qualified

I am seriously disabled and have over 20 items on my repeat prescription including controlled drugs and equipment. The pharmacy deliver the items to my home. I also occasionally need to visit the pharmacy. EVERYONE is very polite, kind, friendly and knowledgeable. They will go out of their way to help with any queries. I am exceptionally impressed with the pharmacy and team.
