Never had a single issue with this pharmacy. Alerts let me know when medications are ready to collect and if there's anything owing or needs ordering, the team always communicates this with me.
Pharmacists are always helpful and offer good / practical advice.
Would recommend.

We received our flu vaccinations this morning. Great care was taken to wear a proper mask (I am immunosuppressed) and there was great kindness and professionalism. The pharmacy is always pleasant and helpful, and the delivery surface very prompt.

I was a bit late for my covid jab but they managed to fit me in which I really appreciate. They were also super friendly, professional, and just made it a nice experience! Would recommend.

I am nervous about having injections and the staff made my feel extremely comfortable when I told them. This was the least stressful experience I have ever had when getting a vaccine 🥰

Went for Covid booster and flu jabs. The service was absolutely outstanding. Warm and welcoming. Efficient and thorough in administering the jabs. Pharmacist and his colleague were charming.

have been using this pharmacy for several years, and found problems a year or two back . But recently the service has improved a lot,. BUT TODAY I CHECKED THE WEBSITE FOR OPEN TIMES, IT CLEARLY STATES IS OPEN ALL AFTERNOON ON SATURDAY. (website headed Alphega) After a 20 minute walk in the rain I found it had closed at lunch time. So I will be without my meds until Monday, assuming it is not closed for the bank holiday.

Today a transformation! Sent a text to say meds ready to collect, and so they were, efficient man produced it immediately. in the past they would spend ages looking for it on the computer, not on the shelf. I asked about flu and Covid jabs and was immediatly ushered into the little treatment room. i had to wait a few minutes while the nurse/female staff member checked my details on the computer, i was asked all the right questions about allergies etc. Then a man appeared and before i knew it I received both painlessly and with amazing efficiency. So I take back the unkind things i posted last year, it seems that the new management are really good.

Had my vax yesterday. Reception was disorganised, but the nurse Channa was kind, helpful and professional, definitely earning my 5 star rating.

Chani my COVID & Flu vaccinator was very nice and efficient! The whole process was very comfortable and she is very experienced. Highly recommend

Life savers, they were the only pharmacy in a 20 mile radius that had what the doctor had prescribed.

I've never had any problems picking up my prescriptions from here. I'm always helped by the same person behind the counter (Dominic?) and he is always so friendly which makes this place very approachable.

A proper local pharmacy: a good range of over-the-counter items, quick prescription dispensing, helpful staff. Also a very good range of opening hours - particularly for local students who can go before or after lectures, even if they have all-day lectures.
