Your Local Pharmacy

Today I had my blood taken at ‘Your Local Pharmacy’ at Wheelwright rd, Erdington. The pharmacist was happy to see me despite me being very early for my appointment. I have anxiety so can struggle a bit during medical procedures. The pharmacist I saw was friendly, professional and very patient. He put me at ease and helped me to relax. I would not hesitate to recommend this pharmacy for their services. Thank you 🙂

The pharmacy is welcoming and friendly, with staff polite, helpful and discrete. Most of all, I was put at ease during my blood test this morning, and was also offered a blood pressure test (I do test at home but I think it's great for people who don't own a BP unit at home). Test was quick and relatively pain free. My thanks to all staff for their kindness and professionalism.

Used ear wax removal service, was able to get an appointment same day. Quick, friendly service, would definitely recommend

The lady who I spoke to here today over the phone was so helpful ,sorry I don’t know her name , was trying to obtain a cream that six chemists had told me was out of stock , she searched online for me and found a stock and ordered it in for me , first pharmacy called that went out of their way to help , thank you so much ❤

Excellent service for ear wax removal. Was able to book an appointment online and got an appointment within 24 hours. Arrived 10 minutes early and was seen to straight away. Can now hear clearly again. Thank you!

I went to this chemist for a covid jab.Taheri took my blood pressure first and it was high so he put a blood pressure monitor on the following day. Went back to have it taken off and checked me it was good news for me. I can’t thank the staff for helping me Taheri and Chloe and the rest of the staff are so caring and polite and are so friendly it’s very hard to find kind people in this world but this chemist show that they is special caring people about and they deserve a higher review from me thank you again to all the staff at this chemist…

Friendly service. You can literally just walk right in, get your vaccine/booster/flu-shot, and walk out in about three minutes. It was so quick and convenient that I thought there was a catch, or I'd missed something I waas supposed to do. Nope - it was just that easy. I'm going to go here every time I need my shots if I can

Took autistic grandson for covid jab. Couldn't have been more helpful. All staff were really kind and understanding, did everything they could to do it quickly and calmly then gave him lots of praise (and a lollipop which is always appreciated). Really impressed
