Isles are very narrow so would recommend wheelchair users may be best go in week. Rather than weekend.

Had to laugh when we went in, the sercuirty guard was at front off door messaging on his mobile phone.

So sum up lots choice, lots things to see.
After can then can pop into other stores while on site.

A BIG THANKS TO JAMES. Who helped me and my disabled wife who is in a wheelchair. With the cushions and taking them to the car.

Love this shop but prices have gone a bit high

Small little aisles, hardly anything in store that they show B&M’s have online & till assistant mate she was miserable as sin & had zero communication skills. She was darting everything on the counter after scanning it & one of my products ended up leaking in the bad. Dislike people like that & people that make you feel uncomfortable. We’re paying yous not the other way round.

Went to BM at Fort today I wouldn't go again. Isles are really narrow. There wasn't enough room for trolleys to go in both directions. Assistant at till miserable. Will stick with Castle Vale storr6

Was really looking forward to shop here a brand new store ..But our experience was terrible.....3 girls at the one till chatting with each other conducting something of their own...made us wait nigh on 10 minutes at the till oblivious to the fact I'm right there standing in their faces waiting to be served..Nice store but cashier utterly rubbish..Will not return here again..I say shop elsewhere perhaps Stechford one... which is way better...
