Fantastic service from the team. I’m new to the area and had an RAC recovery, preferring an Audi specialist, I called and although no time promises were made on repairing my car, they had a look quickly and were able to get me back on the road for the same day. I appreciate some fixes are simple but the service and friendliness of everyone I dealt with was first class. Thank you, we will be back xxxx

I bought a new (to me) car from Foster & Heanes over a week ago, and from start to finish the process was excellent. Alan was a pleasure to deal with, the car itself was very well prepared (Serviced, MOT'd, thoroughly cleaned inside and out, alloy wheels were re-furbished, a missing piece of trim was ordered and fitted when I was able to pop in after having collected the car), and they were honest about what my old car was worth to them as trade-in vs what I could get from We Buy Any Car, which turned out to be excellent advice. I'm very happy with the car, and with the service from Foster & Heanes.

Buying a car unseen was a new experience for me and had always purchased cars previously from a main dear.

With a personalised video tour of the car and fast response in relation to any and all questions from Alan and the chap on the service desk (sorry can’t remember his name but he was great and went the extra mile to try and answer my questions relating to the cars spec) I was quickly put at ease.

Everything I ask for was delivered at a fair price. Car collected with a fresh service, new MOT, and sparkling clean inside and out.

Having travel a fair distance Alan collected me from the local train station, presented the car, completed all the paperwork with me and made the transaction super smooth and simple.

If I lived closer I would have no issue with returning for regular service and maintenance.

Another garage (main dealer) had told me my brake discs & pads needed replacing and it would be £1200. I spoke with Foster & Heanes and they quoted around £530 but only if the discs actually needed replacing. They were super quick and only replaced the pads as the discs were in good condition. F&H are brilliant: honest, well-priced, and reliable. Would 100% recommend.

Great service from James and the guys at Chatter Alley with my mini that had a serious milk spill. Arranging everything within 2 hours of calling them. Great job , stripping it all out and reassembly. It was lovely to deal with such a nice friendly team.

Very recently bought a car from here, the service was excellent, Alan was very helpful and answered any questions I had. He even picked me up from the nearby station. Shoutout to Alan! Cheers

I can not praise Foster and Heanes Fleet enough. Stuart, Greig and team professionalism and customer service is the very best you will find. Once again they have sorted car issues. So great to know that they are there to sort issues and at realistic price.

5 star experience at foster & Heanes , my partner was looking for a fabia for months and hadn’t found any that she fell in love with , we went and looked at this one for her and she wanted it , it needed a few repairs such as discs and pads , service , mot , and a couple tyres , I spoke to Allan about it all and asked if it would be rectified if she purchased the car and he assured me it would , I have been and collected the car today and it’s faultless , everything has been done and my partner is over the moon with it!

I would like to once again thank Greg at Foster & Heanes - VW Autos & Alfanatic (at St James Road, Fleet) for suggesting I search for a second hand rear tail light (needed LED cluster repaired as opposed to a bulb!) for my 2007 VW Golf+ and even proposing I could try replacing it myself (I am NOT a car person at all!).
I was a little nervous purchasing one off eBay, but did at less than half the amount I was quoted and installed it myself!
So thank you to Greg for believing I was capable with such a task and see you again in future for more work I can't do myself...!

Friendly and trustworthy. Booking my car in for an MOT is always worrying for me, I have been ripped off so many times in the past by mechanics that I am always nervous about going to them..

But this garage seems trust worthy. Will be using them again in the future.

This place is awesome! I didn’t really care about the price I was in a rush as I am meant to be going away to see my family over the Christmas break realised there’s an issue with my car, but over the last month I’ve had no time to get my car in to sort out! I asked my local community if they recommended any repairers and this one was the one that was suggested. Honesty they have their diary’s busy with the customers in over Christmas but I expressed about my car and not sure what I need to do to get myself up north they got my car in same day and supported getting the job done and back to me same day honestly I can now go away and cannot thank them anymore they have honestly saved my Christmas ❤
