This is the most amazing Post Office. The staff are friendly, efficient and attentive. They make the whole visit a pleasure. I don't know where I would be without them. I even travel 6-7 miles to get there. The best Post Office I know! If I could give them 10 stars 🌟 I would. Love them!

This is a great little Post Office with a prompt and friendly service.

At the moment the promptness can vary, due to the restrictions caused by COVID.
Only one or two staff working behind the counter, so if you are stuck behind somebody who wants the passport check and send service, you could be in for a bit of a wait. But that's true of any post office really!

All the girls are chatty and friendly. They are competent and know what they are doing.
Always get a good and friendly service here.

Use this post office a lot because of selling stuff on ebay. Never had any issues. I've been served by every member of staff multiple times, not sure what everyone else is moaning about. Maybe theres some deeper rooted reason for the complaints/issues in the other reviews. Sure, sometimes there is a queue, but thats no different from going into Greggs.

If you're local, its your post office. Use it, or lose it.

Lovely and friendly staff

Accusations from other reviewers here are probably unfounded. It's not like these staff members are involved with all stages of post delivery! When sending valuables - go for special devilery - more peace of mind!

Also reviewers that mention the staff members' race on here, probably have some agenda. It's unnecessary

Friendly and welcoming post office staff, no queues and very supportive with a awkward request. Went out of their way to help me!

I had great service. Yes there was a queue and it took a while, but that is the same for most post offices.

Could not fault the service I received today. A few people in here and seemed to run like clock work. Thank you for your help today.

I will continue to use this Post Office because it's convenient for me to do so. No problems with the service from the post office as such, whatever I want doing, it gets done. If I have to wait... it's not really the staffs fault, they don't regulate how many people turn up through the door at any particular time. One thing they could do which would make a massive difference is smile and be more welcoming. It's not hard to do, this applies to all the staff but even more so the guy who is regularly behind the shop counter part rather than the actual post office counter. He is so bloody miserable every time I go in there. You try to be polite, engage in a little chat but you just get nothing back, he sadly seems really unhappy in his role serving people. You just feel like you are putting him out by asking him anything.

I have been to this Post Office several times. Each time, I have been met with a very awful attitude from the staff. The woman in this shop is okay, the man however is very rude. I will not be using this post office again.

blonde lady behind the counter is absolutely useless, spends half her time saying “i’ve never seen this error before” why the hell are you behind the counter then, rude old hag with the competence of a rock

If I could give no stars today I would. Member of staff was so rude to me today for no reason whatsoever it was a disgrace. They've lost a customer today both myself and my family.

The man behind the counter is awful. Everytime you go in there he's miserable. Been in 3 times the last 3 days and each time it's him. My 7 year old was looking at the toys to be told don't touch Can't you read!!

Went in again today to get electricity. I asked for £17 (getting a smart meter the same day so didn't want to put loads on). To be told I can't do £17 he can only do £15 or £20. So I said £15 then. He then said he can't as he has no £5 notes. He then questioned why I want £17. I told him that he's stood next to a post office counter and could change it up that way as previously done before. He threw the £3 on the counter and told me he won't give me change again. Gave me the key and mumbled something. I told him I'll be complaining to which he told me not to (can only put this down to previous complaints). Told him I will be and he told me I'll be going to hell and I'm evil.

I have made a complaint on the online post office complaints section. Would advice anyone that has received poor service and rudeness from him to do so. He's clearly in the wrong job.

The lady I have no issues with by the way. Its a shame for her that he is the way he is and they get the rep due to him.
