A very nice place to visit everything you need in one place. A wide range of items to choose from very competitive prices and local easy parking to the shop and local buses stop near the shop. The staff are always helpful. I use it regularly because I can get everything I need in one place. They will deliver if you don't want to carry it home.

Great place to go when they have good offers on and tou get free delivery when you have to spend £45 I think it is check in store if I am wrong

Easy parking nearby, Good selection of frozen produce. Normally shop there for the excellent Harry Ramsden fish and chip products and for the fresh frozen fish and vegetables great prices and good quality products even in this current crisis they're good value. Keep it up Iceland.

Generally excellent. They really came through for me when my Bank would have left me without food, despite the necessary funds being in place. They even bagged up my groceries into categories. Well done.

Love this place, ideal for frozen shop and general every day essentials and can also do a monthly shop. Great prices, wide variety of choice and they do everything from frozen, chilled, non food, general food, veg, drink and alcohol. Perfect would recommend to anyone who likes to save money, likes variety, and friendly staff. Perfect.

Never had a problem with any of my food, until you started using those stupid bags, last delivery squished tomatoes this delivery cracked eggs, please go back to old bags also much easier for you’re delivery driver’s which I must add are lovely

Short wait ouside. Shelves, fridges and freezers well stocked with some good, easy to see promotions. Friendly cashier who engaged in conversation and helped another customer. Always seems to be good value for your money.

Good Prices as per usual. One can literally do all one's food shopping in this one store. They also offer a home delivery service for £25 and over shopping.
Definitely worth popping in to see special offers as well.

Love shopping at Iceland, & have been doing so eversince the shop in Bitterne Village first opened. Clean store, good variety of products, friendly staff & home delivery drivers. The online home delivery is also very good.

Unlike every other supermarket since covid struck Iceland has always been able to offer me a delivery spot within the same week and have always had next day slots available too. It is not often they are unable to send items so I almost always get my full shop, the only down side to Iceland is it still requires me to go to the supermarket as they don't stock everything I'd buy on a weekly shop and don't have a gluten free range.

Thankyou iceland in bitterne, I have a medical condition and needed to visit a toilet, was prepared to go and find local one but lovely assistant said could use there's, meant so much to me . Brilliant staff👏👏👏👏👏

Nice wide lanes, clean store and helpful staff. I found some good deals. Check out their 3 bottles of 2lt flavoured water (great price, great taste)

Absolutely love Iceland quality produce at reasonable prices & great staff.
Wouldn't shop any where else.

Open late with loads of free parking at a near by car park. Late evening shopping, well stocked shelves with as few customers as staff. New trolleys helped make this a five star visit.

As always great value for money and really friendly staff. Store was very clean and all staff were going out of their way to help shoppers where needed

Went in with my son; he's the regular shopper there. Found bargain Easter egg for my Missus. Saved me a few bob. She doesn't warrant spending too much on.
