Really liked Dr Sharma, kept a good humour and spirits while helping people

If I could give this lot minus 20 stars it wouldn't be enough. I have a weekly and monthly prescription..never right ..always delayed. I recently had a extremely painful earache..eventually I got a telephone appointment. It was a Friday. Had the appointment..was prescribed a spray. Went down to get it..not there...Sat not there..I'm in agony...phoned Monday explained it wasn't actually a doctor who did my consultation. I was furious and asked that the practise manager rang me. She did. Apologized but she couldn't speak to the person as she was off sick!! Promised to call me back..never happened. Every week there's a problem.Recieved an email from them today..utter nonsense...phoned them..they said they didn't send it..awful..rude staff. Avoid

I 've had a blood taken by a lovely nurse. However the reception lady was clearly too lazy to change an appointment for me. At first she said it's impossible to do it and she was advising me to go online. I ve shown her the message from nhs asking me to call in case I need to change the appointment. Her answer was that they must have sent it by mistake. The waiting room was absolutely empty! It's a disgrace how this sick system operates right now, having lazy people at the front of the house is only spoiling the name of hardworking members of health care....

Awful receptionist wouldn't offer an appointment because she felt she doesn't have to she was rude and has left a family.member 3 weeks ill.not eating as a result of not being seen when asked for a manger or hire than her or a dr she said she doesn't have to give appointment ans keeps diagnosing people when she shouldn't. She not a dr at all and think she can hang up on.people like a rude cow think she in control we been told by 111 we need an appointment she point blank refuses..

This practice continues to make it impossible to book an appointment to see a doctor. Stay away from this practice. They do not want to see you regardless of how serious your condition may be. They do not even deserve a 1 star.
