I've never come away without either what I thought I wanted, or what I actually needed. (In my case the two aren't always the same.) Whilst not the cheapest, the quality of their tools is always a matter of 'you get the quality of tool you pay for'. They also give excellent advice, both about tools and their usage and care. I've occasionally hired tools from them and found them excellent both in service and price, and finally their repair service is first rate.. All in all they demonstrate the very best attributes of a local specialist..and there's always good crack in the shop..

Once again McLeans has come up trumps.
(Stupidly) tried to adjust the tickover on my 25yr. old stil chainsaw, and totally kyboshed it..McLeans fixed it, and texted me to say it was ready for collection the following day. Running better than ever. Serviced, cleaned, and all at a great price. You can't beat local service.
