The woman at the desk was very friendly and welcoming. Offered us a deal and was completely understanding when we said no thank you. Set me up very quickly and couldn’t be anymore helpful. The gym facilities are amazing and will definitely be back soon.

Good amenities, loads to suit everyone and friendly staff, always helpful.. outside play area, lido in summer school holidays ,football pitches, all add up to a great local resource for exercise and fun. highly recommend. If you haven't been before then take the plunge... its great

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere.

Sat in the sunshine with an I've cold drink. Food delicious. Had a stinebaked meaty pizza and dirty fries accompanied by garlic bread. Staff couldn't do enough, polite and friendly and accommodated request for no peppers on pizza.

First time back in the gym after lockdown and I was really surprised with how good the set up was. Especially giving everyone their own little sanitiser to use going around. Very social distanced felt completely safe

Excellent facility. The gym has been refurbished and has state of the art equipment including 2 Wattbike Pro trainers. The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgable & helpful.

It's excellent value for money.

Friendly staff and a great sports centre not as busy as most places like aberdare due to its location but that's a positive if you have a car

Well done Abercynon Swimming Pool, young instructor with a group of lower abilitie school children , she was fantastic with the children and even got in with them, they loved it, sorry I dont know her name, but well done and thank you x
