My husband and I received the best service yesterday (Friday, 10th November). Unfortunately, we didn’t get the name of the guy helping us, but we know he was also a fire fighter. We just wanted to say thank you for being so helpful and so kind!

Amazing customer service by this company. I would defiantly buy anything from them again!
My credit card transaction had a wobbly, the card company said the transactions were posted, but colour supplies' system rejected the order. Now I am pretty sure this was because of an error on my part.
I sent a urgent email to the company was it appeared, and was confirmed by the car company that Id been charged twice yet no order.
Colour supplies did not mess around. They rang me immediately, said that it could take a while to sort out the issue with card company, and said they'd send me the order anyway, so as not to hold me up.
The delivery was 1 working day later, very well packaged.
A few days later my card reversed the charges and I sent another email to say I could now pay if they gave me a phone. They didn't rush to respond, but we got it sorted and the receipt turned up in slow mail post the next day.
I wish all companies showed the same level of customer service, they responded immediately, didn't argue that I was "seeing" the transactions even though they couldn't; and TRUSTED the customer enough to send me the goods anyway.

I'd had a decorating crisis with paint purchased elsewhere that had given awful results, was recommended to go to Chesham Colour Supplies who would help me sort it out. I'm so very impressed with their knowledge, advice and all round very friendly service, Rob is a credit to them. Will very happily recommend, well done and thank you :)

Colour Supplies have surpassed themselves today. I ordered a complete Mirka system, paid online at 9am and it was delivered by lunchtime. Excellent customer service!

Great place to get all your DIY and Trade supplies and materials for decorating. They can mix up your paint choices, and have tester pots for Craig and Rose paints, along with a large range of wallpaper books. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and very efficient! Highly recommend. Easy to park right outside there too.

Bought a tin of Zinsser 123 from Colour Supplies in Chesham as Wickes and other stores in the area do not stock it. Very reasonably priced. Have now painted my bathroom tiles and the result is amazing.
Guy who served me was extremely genuine and gave me lots of helpful advice. Was impressed with the excellent service and will definitely use this store for purchases in the future.

This is a business that really values its customers. They give outstanding service and always friendly to both professional and non professional decorators. Cannot recommend them enough. Must come from the owners attitude to all the team.

Gordon and the team are always a massive help. Personally not a decorator but need specialist metal primers and machine enamels for fabrication works.

Good trade decorating centre that stocks all the major brands - helpful staff & stock a wide range of Liberon products.
