FANTASTIC PLACE!
I was originally with a different practice who would not help me at all when I started feeling very unwell. I registered here instead and EVERY DOCTOR & NURSE that I have seen has been BRILLIANT! the care I have been given is spot on, even being sent fast tracked to Hospital (was NEEDED) and full back up since! They SAVED MY LIFE and are STILL there when I need them. Getting an appointment has NOT been a problem at all. I MUST add, a receptionist called DANIELLE has been way above ANY expectations a patient could hope for and is AN ABSOLUTE CREDIT to the practice. Danielle answered my very first call, when I was desperate for help and signed me up at this surgery.
So happy I am registered here and they CARE FOR MY HEALTH, which in fairness, is what is the important thing!!

** UPDATE **
I have got SIX of my friends to sign up there too... they have recieved the same EXCELLENT SERVICE from the first time entering the surgery! 10/10 TPCC!!

Only last week did I send an email of thanks and praise to the Surgery Manager on behalf of my elderly mother and ourselves. They are doing a grand job and the service received from all the staff at the practice has been very good.
Only today did I have a long and detailed follow up call from the physiotherapist after my initial visit two weeks ago and subsequent x-ray. What more could I ask?

Cannot thank you enough.
My father suffered a cardiac arrest outside the surgery on 13/06/23 all the staff were instantly on site to save his life.
He is now waiting for a triple heart bypass but without the you he would not be with us.

During the past year I have had excellent service from this practice and want to thank you all for doing such a brilliant job through this very stressful and challenging time. The doctors I have seen (female) during this period have been professional, thorough and caring as have the nursing staff. When I rang to make appointments I found the reception staff courteous and helpful even when no appointments were available.
Please know that you are very much appreciated.

Since catching Covid (I am an NHS worker) before all the PPE came in and now coping with long Covid, I have to say Dr Johnson is caring and kind and sent me for tests, scans and blood tests and has always returned my calls.
Dr Shroff has also been an amazing doctor. Both of these doctors listened to me and have done everything they can to help me cope with my condition.
All other staff are always pleasant and try to help to the best of their ability.

There is much to be recommended about Treharris Primary Care Centre, including the physiotherapy services, Nursing staff and Doctors. In fact, I have always found all staff polite and have tried to be helpful.
I would like to say a very big thank you for the excellent treatment given to me by Dr Rekha Shroff at the Centre. Dr Shroff removed a number of growths from my face at Llwynypia Hospital, which had been troubling me. She arranged the minor surgery without delay and the results were amazing and made me feel so much better about myself. I have also found Dr Shroff caring and helpful on other occasions. All of the other doctors at the practice have also always been helpful and I am extremely grateful to all of the staff for the service they provide.

The nurses and doctors literally saved my fathers life today. I can’t thank you all enough for the care, professionalism and sheer hard work that it took to keep him alive. Amazing

Dr Choudhary referred my wife to the Memory Clinic after a consultation in May 2021. Glenys was assessed by the Clinic's Team and a CT scan was performed 16/03/22. Dr Mann (a member of Dr Biswas Psychiatry Dept) examined Glenys 14/04/22. An ECG was done 04/05/22. Dr Mann diagnosed Glenys with Dementia/Alzeimhers and promised to prescribe suitable treatment medication. This did not happen and I got no answer to my calls and an email to the Practice in Keir Hardie. I called Dr Choudhary on 13 June 22. Dr Choudhary prescribed medication to help Glenys and called Keir Hardie. Dr Mann called me on 14 June 22 and apologised for the delay. However, again the medication promised has not arrived. My niece spoke to Dr Mann today and the medication has been promised for delivery tomorrow 22/06/22. Dr Choudhary called me today on a routine follow-up and I gave him an upto the minute report. It is so good to see a busy Doctor like Dr Choudhary take the time to follow-up on a patient's experience and we appreciate his concern and dedication to duty. We need many more like him in the NHS.

Super impressed, Filled in econsult on Friday. Doctor phoned Monday and offered appointment the same day. My mind is now at ease, Thank you!!!

Went here today for an appointment with the nurse. What a pleasure it was, such a lovely person she listened and done and answered every thing I needed to know.
Felt sorry for the staff today as a Dr wasn't very well and couldn't came in today and yes Drs get unwell to guys and it was unreal the way some people was talking to staff cause they couldn't fit them in.
WITH all the pressure that the NHS is under at the moment Try to remember guys it's not the staff fault on the desk they are trying they best.

Received good treatment, removed skin lesions and had full examination of the skin on my back. Seeing the physio for my back pain in the centre and had creams to cure my hand dermatitis all on 1 visit. Thank you.

All the team members at the Practice have helped and supported me and my husband over the last year.
I was ill earlier in the year and had surgery, and have always found everyone within the practice to be incredibly professional and supportive even when what was going on with me was unclear.
In particular Drs Priya and Dr Desia, who has also looked after my husband when he needed hospital investigations this autumn.
The practice is very busy, but the team on reception have also always been very helpful and willing to try and resolve issues. It was very much appreciated.

way better than the other doctors I've been with before, yes it's sometimes difficult to get an appointment in the morning but nothing like it was in the past. the doctors here are understanding and the receptionists have obviously received more training as it shows.

Dr Shroff is a softly spoken very approachable and thorough professional. My experience with her has made me feel like my concerns are not being ignored but investigated. I highly recommend Dr Johnson and Dr Priya also. The lady doctors at this clinic are all exceptional individuals.

Over the past months I have found my self having to use Treharris primary health care regularly,and have found them to be a most professional Organisation and am pleased to have a medical facility on my door step every time I have connected them I have had my issues & concerns delt with by a professional team from some really switched on professional medical personnel.
