5.9.23: seen by Dr Kiran Gill. Just want to say what a lovely doctor. Lovely manner, listened,very helpful. If I need to see a doctor again would request her if possible.

excellent surgery couldn't wish for better . Dr wells is fab !! bev the nurse is also great she packed my disgusting wound without being sick or fainting ....I thank you for that and also Wendy on reception is very helpful!! thanks all would highly recommend!! X

Great surgery

Dr Hadidii restored my faith in nhs today . My wife attended appt at royal gwent yesterday and had her neck scanned but they messed names up as i should have been scanned . We were called to gelligaer surgery today and saw dr hadidi for the first time . He apologised profusely for someone elses mistake , examined me and phoned gwent in my presence and rearranged my scan . Hopefully he will be our doctor for a long time . Thank you dr hadidi for your professional caring attitude

Prescription system is a total shambles. Seemingly poor communication between pharmacy and surgery. My 91 year old mother, who suffers with anxiety, Parkinsons and other issues, constantly has to contact pharmacy who tell her to contact gp who tells her to contact pharmacy....and so it goes. Her consultant sent a request over three weeks ago for new medication to be added to her regular prescription but to date this has not been done as apparently it has to be requested by my mum as well as the consultant. Test results are not passed on to my mother and the receptionist I spoke to today was quite offhand. New doctors seem approachable and pleasant but the system is not acceptable.

Not even 1 star my elderly mother is in pain rang for an appointment explained couldnt get transport until 3 and they said no appointments available,my mother hasn’t been to the surgery for years does not trouble the nhs at all absolutely disgusting

absolutely shocking! can't even book a appointment to see a doctor phone lines are open at 8.30 phoned at 8.40 and they fully booked for day!

Receptions are unbelievable rude , refused to give me an emergency appointment in the morning. was told they are now only apparently for children. Would not give me an appointment for the rest of the week was told I had to go to A&E to be seen. I asked them for a reason for a non appointment in writing and they refused to give me one.
I also had to request my medical history so I could take it to a private health care , what they provided me with was also incorrect and useless.
Would give this survey -0 stars if I could , absolute shambles.

Since taken over utter shambles no apps ring back tomo perscriptions on time a joke lucky now changed surgeries
