Unhelpful. No "professional distribution" type hgv loading bays...
Turned up with 4 heavy pallets of produce, 100 miles+ from base, exactly on time, and they wouldn't take it off the trailer, giving the typical blag of "it's the drivers responsibility".
It's only the drivers responsibility to get there safely, on time, and professionally monitor the temperature on route.
I was instructed to pull out and return to base with their stock.
Waste of time and resources.
