I have bought from Books, etc. several times. I appreciate their competitive prices because non-fiction books are expensive. The orders always arrive. Recommended.

Made two orders over the past two months - both came within the expected window and were packaged well. Very pleased, will order again, especially as there are some good deals on Graphic Novels.

Used them twice. Excellent price. Reasonably quick delivery (3 weeks UK to Germany), excellent packaging. The only thing I disliked is the website: the status of my order never updated, it is still displayed as "Pending." Yet when I inquired by e-mail, I rapidly received a polite and full answer, including the tracking number and the mailing date. Verdict: absolutely recommended, but they should really do something about their website.

I had an issue with a delivery and they got back to me asap and sorted it which was very helpful and good customer service.

I always choose this company when buying the bigger bulkier books, I buy 3kg omnibus' from them because they unlike other suppliers wrap them really well, no corner dinks or folds, they may be slower than certain suppliers but it's worth it to know your book is well protected. They are also cheaper a lot of the time. When I did receive a damaged book it was obviously a manufacturing error on the cover itself and was replaced so easily.

The books which have arrived have been pristine, with one exception (which had some torn pages), but in that case I received a pristine replacement after returning (for free) the damaged copy.

First time I had ordered from Books etc. I wanted a copy of Python Crash Course 3rd edition and they were the cheapest. Despite the generally poor reviews I was very impressed. Speedy delivery and the book was packed really well (For better than Amazon). Book was spotless without any creases or damage from postage. Very much recommended.
