I recently fit speakers in our kitchen, unfortunately the amplifier decided to stop working, I contacted Loops, they offered me a great service and replaced the amplifier without any cost to myself!
Fantastic customer service, I will definitely consider buying from you again when we do our next project!

I had seen the item on their eBay shop but delivery was going to take too long (due to the Christmas week) however I contacted them directly and spoke to Emma (very professional and polite) she checked stock, processed my payment and I received the item the very next day. That's what I call service! thanks again loopsdirect team.

I ordered on line. Made a hash of it. Ordered wrong lights in error. It was quickly sorted out for me. Excellent Company. If I could give them six stars I would. Dominic could not do enough to sort it all out. 5 stars for him as well.

Fast delivery, speakers have a great sound, louder than I thought they would be. Decent amount of bass Perfect for the garden. Easy to install. Highly recommend this company.

Exceptional service from the company. Spent hours helping me find a solution to a major issue with my audio installation at my house. Very patient, very helpful and very efficient. The best experience I've had dealing with a retailer in decades. I must have spoken to about 4/5 people at the company and each one of them went above and beyond. What a culture!! Hats off to the owners/management.

It really fits the bill for me, because I play different guitars using the same cable on stage every night, including a Strat that obviously requires a straight jack plug, but then I also play a '70s Framus Waikiki lap steel guitar that I love tone wise and in many other ways, but the placement of the jack socket causes a straight jack plug to get in the way of the right hand for certain techniques.

Not knowing if it existed, I thought the ideal solution would be an adaptor with a jack socket and an angled jack plug in just one piece, and yes, I found it on eBay and bought a couple of them. It worked for me for a while, but although there was an improvement in the situation, the adaptor plus the straight Neutrik jack plug (long and heavy) made a very long unit that kept spinning around while I played, which was not comfortable, plus after a period of use, the excessive weight of both things together was applying too much leverage to the inside of the socket, that eventually led to a point where it did not work anymore, and more often than not no sound was coming out from the guitar, although it still worked very well using only the straight jack plug.

Then I found this other solution that seems to be perfect for the job, because it does not get in the way at all and the leverage is a lot less, so the guitar sound comes out beautifully.

I was looking to install a CAT6 network at home and I came across That Cable during my search for parts. As a first time customer, I am always a little unsure what to expect, but the strong reviews on Google really helped reassure me.

I placed a relatively decent order with them for the kit I needed at a reasonable price. Because I wanted to get the work done on a weekend, I paid the extra for faster delivery to ensure it was here in time. That's when I had an issue.

My order was stuck in limbo with the courier (DHL) who had apparently failed to deliver my order on the day promised. However, the status of my delivery was stuck - it would be delivered the next working day - but this was now a Thursday and no sign of the delivery in time for the weekend.

I contacted That Cable and spoke to their team, who were fantastic. Really down-to-earth, sympathetic and helpful. They looked into the issue and called me back in a matter of minutes. Unfortunately, DHL made a hash of the delivery so with another quick call with That Cable, they arranged for next day deliver via DPD on a new order, then said they would take care of the lost-in-limbo DHL one.

And that's just what happened. My order arrived in the time slot advised via DPD and I was able to get my job done on the weekend. Absolutely fantastic service and I am very thankful to the team.

Would definitely use again and recommend to anybody. One thing I would say is that if you have an issue, don't be a keyboard warrior and moan - pick up the phone and speak to them as they'll get it sorted for you.

I ordered and HDMI splitter and an IR blaster from ThatCable.COM. The company provided excellent advice and support via the telephone and the products arrived promptly.

I initially received a non compatible IR for my virgin box due to an upgrade on the product. However the staff and in particular Dominic was excellent in replacing the product as needed.

Both items were super easy to set up and they work great.

I urgently needed a particular cable for our Church P.A. and emailed That Cable to see if they had one in stock.They confirmed they had the required cable and I telephoned to see if they could send it First Class.

I purchased an amplifier via from ThatCable via Amazon over 6 months ago. I had a query around the speaker configuration I wanted some advice also around the management of the zones. . What can I say they went above and beyond and really good advice will definitely recommend
