Bought a 50” tv from them. Got home, set everything up annnnnnd it had taken a hit, so the screen was broken.
Phoned up the store and they ordered one in for me for the next day.
Took the old tv back and swapped it with zero fuss.
Nice, helpful staff.

Ordered & paid online. When I went to collect I had about 1 minute wait to be served then a further minute while my purchase was given to me. Was in the building a total of 3 minutes.
