Jo was quick to respond when I contacted Ace Environmental Services in need of a Post Build CCTV Drainage Survey because my builder hadn't arranged it. I was in a pickle and he came to the rescue. Arranged a call out and carried out the inspection providing me with all the information needed. When Seven Trent raised a query Joe didn't mind helping me sort this out y clarify what they were asking. I now have my Build Over Agreement from Severn Trent and my mind is at rest.

Had to use for emergency call out after having 2 other companies organised thru insurance not able to resolve issue. Turned up earlier than expected which was a great result as they quickly resolved problem without needing to remove toilet (blockage) saving me stress and additional costs and kept me reassured throughout.

Can't thank Joe and his son enough. Came out at short notice when he was already very busy and went above and beyond what could have been expected. Identified the problem (with wrecking bar and shovel!) and gave us sound advice as to how and what to claim on insurance and wrote a report for us. His dog is very nice too! Thanks again bud.

What can I say about Joe and Ben but superstars . I had a major problem with my waste pipe and had no access to my toilets or bath . They had me back and up and running within days not weeks and we’re so obliging so professional and lovely guys with it . Put me at ease and stopped me worrying , the job is done now and to a really high standard , showed me at ever stage and pictures too, even put bark down on my garden , you would never know they had been and had to dig a big hole and go under my house! I would highly recommend them to anyone 👍😀

Got a last minute CCTV drain survey. The guys here made a slot on the day to accomodate the need, and provided a great report with videos that same day. Great communication, really friendly and offered helpful advice throughout. I would highly recommend to all.
