I had to take pictures couldn't resist. Never have i ever seen Any primark as clean as the one in hammersmith it was my first time here went to grab some T-shirts and and the viral seem-less top sets as i couldnt find my sizes in westfield. i was expecting same mountain of unfolded t shirts on tables. The struggle that i had to go through to find sizes. As soon as i entered what i see is incredible. Neatly organized clean tables each and every size visible easy to find it took me less than 5 min to find what i was looking for. Highly recommended. Unlike westfiled i had to take pictures and appreciate the efforts well done hammersmith primark. Thank You

It's best to go when it's not so busy in terms of tidiness and the long cues at the cash registers but I like shopping there, great finds for decent prices. As for quality, you get what you pay for!

Always a bargain. Easy to get to, large selection of clothing adults / kids. As everyone points out during busy periods there is normally a queue by the till. So choose to go quite times when kids are at school.

Walking distance from Hammersmith station. Sits within a complex of shops and restraunts.

Low prices and friendly staff. Recommend to visit often because there are always new products. Don't wait for sales, it's not a company policy. If you like what you see, then buy it as you are not sure to find it next time. Summer clothes are now available.

This store is a big place I numerous Branches and used to be roomy. I think Marble Arch Branch is the largest store. Nowadays it is ram-packed full of goods and clothing items and accessories at affordable prices. Long queues at tills most of the times when I shop there. It is a nice place to shop and browse.

Does what it says on the tin. Staff are great, never wait long, service with a smile. Excellent choice at usual Primark value prices. This store is tidier and better run than some I have visited. The staff are very helpful but not always deployed in the right areas.

Love the variety of clothes, especially at the kids section. In addition to that I also love the quality of clothes from there it whist it being affordable.

Primark is the best for both price and quality 👌 My family and I shop nowhere else but here, its always our first stop ✋ ❤

Perfect and not packed as other primark. I felt at peace with my autistic kid that could enjoy without too much noise. Or maybe it was because we’re in August? Never mind we enjoyed it!

The staff is so polite, I loved it ❤ Today there was a lovely bald guy that helped me search for leggings and even explained to me why they didn't had other sizes, all the time with a smile on his face, it's another thing when people work with love, he needs a raise in his salary

This is what happened to me at Primark Hammersmith store today ;
I went in to exchange a packet of tights ( because they were the wrong size) after looking for several minutes, I found the correct size but with only 2 pairs in the packet which should contain 3 pairs. After looking with no success
an assistant who was nearby asked if I needed help.I explained to her the situation and she proceeded to help but she too could not find a packet containing 3 pairs in the size I wanted, so she advised me to go to the till and I will get a discount for the pair of tights missing from the packet. So I went to the till and joined the queue with several people ahead of me. I was standing in line for a couple of minutes when I felt a tap on my shoulders, on turning round I recognised the shop assistant who was trying to help me earlier. She had found the missing tights from the packet and brought it to me. I was extremely impressed that she had taken the time to continue the search and also to come to the till to locate me in the queue. I thanked her and after paying I went back to the department to further thank her as I
So impressed with her customer service but could not find her, another shop assistant was there and I explained to her who I was looking for and she said she was assisting a customer and she will be with me shortly. I waited, and thanked her again.
Her name is Ola and she is an asset to Primark and should be recognised for the great job she is doing.
