A superstore - not a hypermarket though - of Sainsbury’s and you can probably find anything you would expect from a Sainsbury’s except for the fuel station.

Shop here almost daily. Love the selection and prices. Parking policy is fair. What not to like?

Relatively easy to get to, and an hour's free parking without having to mess with machines makes it winner.

Great sainsburrys. One of the better ones out there, huge, loads of selection, kind staff.

Conveniently located next to Kingston town centre, always find space in car park. First hour free to park which is even convenient if you walk 5 min to go to Bentall for quick shopping. Good selection in Sainsbury's and they have argos point too. Small aisle for kids toys, which works for my young kids to be entertained.

My local place to go, always good, can't ask for more !

Parking easy, 2 hours free with shopping in Kingston

Everything in one place, foods, alcohol, beauty, babycare, homeware, cards. There is an Argos in store. Plenty covered or non covered parking spaces. No longer have car washes available. No longer have the Lloyd's pharmacy. Quality under one roof, pleasant and helpful staff, many options of paying, scan and shop. Self checkout, and regular tills with conveyabelt, makes it a pleasant place to shop. Take away coffee machine available to purchase your coffees in the foyer. In Post facility in the car park for sending or collecting packages. Keep up the good work Sury Basin and the lovely staff throughout the store.

Please avoid Friday 2pm.. the worst traffic jam. You will be stuck for hours..

Superstore. Huge supermarket with wide variety. Separate World Foods section. Fresh & ready to consume fruits & vegetables. Nearing expiry products usually not found as the turnover is high. Quick checkout counters available. Big drinks section. Ample car parking, free for 2 hours. Closes at 5:00 pm on Sundays. Clean and maintained. Scan and pay available. Has a coins vending machine as well. Own bakery, fresh baked products.

Picked up an online argos order. One hour free parking, very useful when just collecting orders. Quite a good sized store. Plenty of parking. Pay and display.

Nice place and always friendly staff, unlike Tesco here in Sainsbury's, they hire young helpful people

A big selection of items. Some food could be cheaper. But overall a good place to do my weekly shopping. Staff are all polite and happy apart from an old man who is always grumpy.

Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent selection of product lines. Pricing on some products could be keener after price hikes. Good discounts and markdowns on products approaching 'sell by dated' foods are attractive. Fresh foods of excellent quality, competitively priced vs Aldi. Impressive range of Asian foods and spices. Nectar card discounts some products.

Going for there quite often. Good and quick customer service. Free car park up to one hour, requiring regeneration. Huge selection of world food as well. A lot of spaces.
