As soon as Joseph came to give us a quote, we knew he was the man for the job, his people skills and professionalism are second to none. Joseph and his team are courteous, kind, patient and did a first rate job on our felt roof they left everything immaculately clean when they finished. Fast, efficient, incredible value for money and just an absolute pleasure to deal with. A completely faultless service from start to finish, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Joe and his guys did a great job as always. They replaced tiles that had been dislodged during recent storms. They also did a great job painting the wooden beams at the front of the house. Joesph and his team are very conscientious, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Asked them to remove a chimney completely and make good, this was no trouble, they carried it out with ease, arranging the scaffolding for us. They were on time and made sure site was clean and tidy at the end. First class.

Our 60-year-old bungalow required some long overdue work on the roof, the main roof required some rotten timbers replacing as well as the felt and battens replacing, also the flat roof extension needed re-covering. The work was done as two separate jobs and I found Joseph and his team were fantastic for both of them, the team arrived first thing each morning and worked hard throughout the day, everything was left clean and tidy and the final job looks fantastic.

During recent bad weather, a broken rooftile slipped and let water into our garage. I was able to temporarily patch this with a plastic sheet but I needed a proper solution. Thames Valley Roofing responded to my call directly, came and ensured that the temporary patch was ok, quoted directly and gave good advice for the roof in general. On accepting the quote they returned, and quickly and efficiently fixed the problem. No fuss, exactly what was needed. This was the second tile replacement they have handled for me in the last few years; the previous fix was carried out with the same efficiency and has held just fine. I was happy to use them again this time and I'll be more than happy to call them in the future.

Excellent, friendly, and professional service. Joseph came to visit very promptly after I first called him about the leaking flat roof on my box dormer extension. An engaging and obviously very experienced man, who looked, listened, and quickly provided a very reasonable quotation. The work was done swiftly and with outstanding levels of communication throughout: I was kept really well informed about progress, including consultation about additional issues that might need to be addressed, now or in the future, and given choices to make on the basis of photos and clear and honest advice. I will definitely use TVRP again, when the need arises.

Obvously a busy team, but worked around my avaliabilty. Cleared gutters and valleys. Found likely cause of my leak. Fixed broken tiles. Proposed further work to fix poor condition felting and cement. Always clear with explanations. Very professional.

From when I called Joseph to get a quote to when the job was completed and scaffolding all down was 10 days all in. Very efficient. Squeezed us in when we had a big roof leak into the bedroom in dormer at top of house. All the men - both scaffolders and roofers were polite and hard working. Highly recommend.
