I love there food and there staff is lovely

New employee made sure order was right and food was delivered perfectly. Thank you, best service I've seen!

Staff are very quiet can't hear them. The lady at the check out was very rude and very blunt. They were running round most of the time

I visited the subway galleria yesterday evening around 6:30pm. There was a lady in hijab who was serving. Had the worst experience ever. She was rushing with the order for no reason. She asked me what sauces I wanted and I said mayo and she grabbed the Sub and started packing it where everything fell off because I stopped her. I told her why was she not making my order properly and rushing because I wanted to add another sauce and she started being rude to me. She told me you should be quick and fast. But why? I wanted to be slower because I was all exhausted from work. After that she also pointed me a finger. Everything should be recorded in the CCTV CAMERA. What a great customer service. The lady didn’t fear at all while any of this and told me go complain and do what you want. I will take this to consumer court. This is not acceptable at all. This is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting behaviour. I was served only because of the Hatfield galleria security staff.

Had the worst experience yet . I showed the cashier that I have a reward and said no . Not enough points when it clearly shown that I have enough . And I said ok .and I asked to pay with cash and her response was . Already pressed card . In a sassy voice . Like sort ur life out and don’t be rude to me .

Go there if you want to be sweared at.
A woman wearing black burka is very rude. Don’t want to go into details of what happened but it’s not even bad customer service. I wonder about subways hiring process, how could they hire such mannerless employees who don’t even have a sense of talking.
She should fired from that subway.

Ordered 2x foot long items for delivery, received 2x 6”, one of which looked like it had been kicked around the car park… avoid

The subway staff in Galleria is worst.
The lady serving there was rude to me.
I believe they should be taught manners first in the training period.Wont suggest to go over there.

Ordered as normal, though it’s worth noting that it took ages to be served in the first place, then when asked at the till if I’d like anything else, I was told to go to the back of the queue when I said that I did. What the hell is up with that? Staff need to be replaced or retrained asap.

One of the worst customer service. Not fully stocked up just one bread option available and few options for fillings and sauces. Cold food with smell infact not fresh at all. Really worse attitude staff doesn't know what they are selling. Dont bother to go there otherwise you will start hating subway. Not recommended...

If possible I would give 0 stars, lady name angel overcharged and didn't apologise, she was rude need to be properly trained and off work till then, she was concerned on her own sandwiches rather than customers.

Horrible customer service the women there was so rude to me when she asked what was in my sandwich when I thought that the staff would communicate and communicate is another horrible thing there I asked for a hearty Italian sandwich and didn’t even get that and they charged me extra within the meal deal prices overall a horrible experience and staff frankly do not care disappointed

Went to subway today, had to wait 10 minutes before I got served by the girl who saw me come but didn’t bother serving me. Need to train her customer service first.

We arrived at 10:30am to every single table still dirty from the day before, so dirty in-fact that we didn’t bother sitting

Worst subway I’ve ever had, been given half the wrong order and about half a tub of Mayo in my sandwich, had to Chuck it, never again!
