A couple of weeks back took my coat in as having an issue with the zip. Really did his best to try and fix it. Really polite and friendly. Due to the nature of the problem, it wasn't quite fixable but didn't charge a penny for trying! Really fantastic customer service 👍

Went into this branch to get an Accurist watch strap fitted. It was hassle free and job was done quickly and professionally. Both guys…one who fit strap and the one that served me the next day when I picked it up were friendly and courteous.
Would recommend this branch. It’s gets a thumbs 👍🏻 up and five stars ⭐ from me!

Excellent customer service, particularly from Ryan who offered an appropriate repair for my 'charity shop' boots reflecting their value. They are good for the winter now, and he polished them too. Dry cleaning service also excellent from Ryan's colleague. So pleased this service is still available during lockdown, thank you

We visited Ali today regarding a problem with my Father's watch strap.
He gave me various options and absolutely no hard sell at all.
