A warm and friendly service. Nothing is too much hassle and the results are amazing. We had a 10 year old sofa which had never been cleaned, but Craig did a fabulous job and it was as good as new again by the time he had finished. We asked Craig to return and clean our carpets following a lot of internal building work. Again, the carpets have come up brilliantly clean. I would not hesitate in returning to Libra Carpet Care and I would definitely recommend them.

This is the second time we have used this company, and we would definitely use them again; most recently we accidentally spilt black acrylic paint on our light grey woollen carpet - I called Craig the same day and he was able to not only advise but also carry out the stain removal very promptly which has given us amazing results and saved us having to ultimately replace the carpet. Craig is extremely professional, polite, hard working and genuinely appears to want to give his customers the best service possible.

Having had a horrendous experience many years ago with a carpet cleaning company, I was very apprehensive about having our carpet cleaned. However, I would not hesitate to recommend Craig to anyone.

I was so pleased when I found this company has they have done a fantastic job on both the leather couches and six dining room chairs that was desperate to be done. Graig worked so hard in cleaning them 17th March. The all look brand new after 10 years’ worth of wear and tear. I would highly recommend Graig to anyone that needs leather cleaning and the seat for the dining room chairs are now spotless and stain free. I will be definitely using them again when needed as he is extremely professional & knowledgeable about the products he has and explains everything. Definitely 5 star rating I would love to give more 😁 👍 I had graig back again to clean two matress and as they could not be moved he passed all the equipment through my bedroom window which worked absolutely fantastic. Once again his knowledge & pride in his work is awesome alot better then going these firms who know very little. I would always recommend him to anyone who is thinking of needing furniture or carpets and matress cleaning done, nothing is to much bother. I would also like to add that it would be nice to offer him a drink. Once again 100% satisfied with everything Graig has done. I would not have anybody else.👍

Craig recently came to clean my carpets in my one bed flat and did an amazing job!
The carpets hadn't been cleaned since before COVID and I can really see the difference it's made. The dirty water proved this too! There were a few minor stains which he removed with a gel spray and he explained well each step of the process. He uses modern cleaning products which don't harm the carpets and are eco friendly.
I'll be using him again in a couple of years

We asked Craig at Libra Carpet Care to clean a sofa we had inherited that was covered in pet hair. Craig was quick to respond to emails and provided plenty of information about the job and an accurate estimate of cost. The job was completed beautifully and he took great care to keep our home clean and tidy during and after the clean. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Craig was great from minute one. Prompt follow up to our enquiry, talked through the process, arrived bright and early and got stuck in! He was super transparent about the results he expected (on our very light coloured wool carpet) - we knew it wouldn't be spotless, but the results he got were great! It give us a year or 2 more use out of the carpet before needing to replace.

If you've got messy kids, pets, or a carpet that's a bit tired and needs some life back in it - I'd highly recommend reaching out to Craig.
